While doing research for Christmas gifts, an advertisement appeared mentioning buy one get one free musical Christmas 🎄. Trees should have arrived within 3 to 6 weeks however when I was working on my bank statement, I found a charge by Sharlory.com that I did not recognize.

Saw ad for buy one get one free of musical Christmas trees. Tree was to arrive within 3 to six weeks and have not received anything as yet. On bank statement when I was doing my monthly statement i noticed a charge for Sharlory.com, Denver, CO

I ordered Goose Creek candles. When I emailed them they sent a tracking number from CHINA. these are made in the USA!

Sharlory.com is on Facebook scamming people using Christmas Tree Shops as one of their fronts. Christmas Tree Shops closed their final doors in August 2023. Sharlory.com made a fake website and run the scam as a liquidation. I fell for it, spent $29.98...They always process all payments using Stripe services so I've contacted them as well. I filed a dispute with my bank along with SS of everything so I'll have my money back luckily! And a new card coming as well!

I ordered buy one get one free musical Christmas trees haven't heard a word from they. They advertised as QVC but after I ordered it showed Sharlory. Am I out 39.00 because it's a scam. False advertisement.

Dispute the charge with your bank! That's what I'm doing. Also, contact STRIPE and file a complaint to them about Sharlory.com because stripe is the service sharlory uses to process our payments!

On Nov 6th i ordered off of Facebook 10 Goosecreek Candles. They were 5.40 ea I believe. The ad was Goosecreeks Name & absolutely looked like their site. I completed my order & 54.40 was deducted from my checking acct via my debit card. Well after waiting for a confirmation from the company & a tracking number nothing was ever sent to me. It was when i got my bank statement that i noticed Goosecreek Candles was not the name listed for this transaction, SHARLORY INC was. So i do a google search on this name & some info from Bizapedia comes up. I will send screenshots of it. Basically it says its in good standings with a file #20238010505. The Agent is Chuan Xia. This was filed on 9/28/23. Im in Ohio & upon realizing this was a scam, i contacted Goosecreek Candles to let them know a company was using their name to sell candles. They said they were contacted by other people who told them the same thing, & we were to report the fraud to the banks & to only ever order candles directly from them. Well if i was able to get the original post re: this fraud, u absolutely felt u were ordering from them. It was 100% their pictured ad, website. The scammers stole that image to defraud us. Its that time of yr i guess. When i entered this fake name in the address box of ur website it did not appear. 3 other companies with similar sounding / spelling names cane up but not this one. I wanted to file this scam report with you to see what if anything u can help me with.

I purchased the human dog bed 2for one never have heard anything from this company they got me for 51.15i place this order on nov 6 2023 I came across this ad on Facebook and placed my order the money was deducted from my bank account because I just got my statement and it’s right on there plainly tells when how much and the companies name

Was advertising a clearance sale for step 2 christmas tree posing as QVC whom i have bought from before. Took payment for the "purchase" and then did a tester purchase for 1.13 on my ****. They steal card information.

Thought I was purchasing a toy Christmas tree for kids. Ordered online via Facebook ad. Rec’d order number at end of transaction, but email I received was from a different company and not the same order number. Looked suspicious so I looked into the company from the email.

I went to order candles from Goose Creek Candle. I then received 3 emails veifying my Goose Creek Candle orders from shalory inc. I never received confirmation from Goose Creek Candle for any of these orders. I am.trying to cancel the receipt numbers emailed to me from sharlory inc.

The recepit numbers and the dollar amouts for those receipts i am trying to cancel and get my momey back.

Sharlory is on social media selling goose creek candles. I didn’t realize this was SHARLORY until after I checked out which I thought I was purchasing through GOOSE CREEK. I contacted Sharlory immediately and was told the order is already packed up and ready to ship, which was very odd because I had JUST placed the order of $67
