Same happen to me when I booked never did it say it was a stand by flight like who buys stand buy flight doesn't make sense also when I called to get tickets, I had to pay extra $471 to get a secure ticket never never will I use them I always use expedia this place is the worst there info is not clearly explained. It makes people think k other things then what it is. It's a scam to get more money eye out of consumers.

I purchased the following ticket below for the price listed and was not billed but was called to be told that I will not be able to carry anything with me except my ID and money due to airline restrictions. When I inquired about carrying a carry on, he told me that I will need to upgrade and pay 185 dollars for the flight. I then told him that I know Delta and that they allow one carry on for basic fares and he got real upset with me. Then I told him OK, that I agree with all the restrictions and will purchase the ticket as quated. The company never sent me the ticket and did not not charge my card. I will wait to see if they will ever send me the ticket. What they fail to understand is that I can travel later in the month if they don't send me the ticket.
