I purchased 2 pet beds for $99.99 on February 2, 2021. Money was taken from my account within 24 hours of purchase but no items have been delivered as of March 12, 2021. Made several attempts to contact via email as that is the only way to contact them but have not received any response. I have reported them to Facebook as a scam. There are several complaints on Facebook as well. They also operate under the name Official Snuggle Paws.

I experienced the exact same thing. I ordered 2 dog beds on their big BOGO Sale.
I have my invoice dated 01/30/2021 and sent at least 10 emails. They dont care they have my money. This is a scam. Beware. Found on Facebook they also go by Snuggle Paws on Face book.

Ordered 2 dog beds with their BOGO sale, spent almost 60.00 and received an invoice dated 01/30/2021. They stated l would receive an email when items ship. Guess what, they never shipped. I have contacted them via email x 10. They state that you can reach them by phone or chat but that info is not available. They offer 100% satisfaction. Yeah right, they can't tell me why they haven't shipped. This is a Scam and they now have a new name Snuggle Paws. Please beware.

This SnugglePets now going by SnugglePaws was an online purchase through Facebook for a BOGO sale on those super soft, super cuddly round pet beds. The site appeared very professional so l ordered 2 beds on Jan.30, 2021 and received my invoice online for 59.00 & change. They assured me that they were preparing my shipment and l would be sent an email when shipped. Well no email regarding shipment. I have sent over 10 inquiries and they respond that they are looking into it, when ask why l have not gotten my 2 pet beds l was never given an answer. They state you can reach them by email/chat/phone, and low and behold there is no chat and no phone numbers to contact them. As of last week the same company was advertising with a new name. Name went from SnugglePets to SnugglePaws. I want my items and with them not responding to my inquiries any longer l have no doubt this was a SCAM! Please beware. I am positively livid.

I read an add on Facebook for a pet bed sale. I went onto the website and purchased two beds for 100 dollars using their BOGO code. I then had the money taken from my account, but never heard anything from them. I emailed all three of their emails multiple times and one went through but never had an answer while the other two stated that the emails did not exist. I paid for this product on January 29th, today is March 3rd and I have heard nothing as well as received nothing.

I placed an order from a Shopify storefront known at snuggle pets that claims to sell dog beds. Nothing ever came. Now I’m trying to get my money back and I am having to jump through hoops to go so. Thank goodness for PayPal.

Site promises dog beds. Delivered nothing. Will not reply to emails - sent 7 emails on status of order. Site has a tracking app that they make you download that is not a site for tracking packages. Take you money and 1) either deliver NOTHING or 2) people that have received something receive a piece of fabric vs an actual calmy dog bed! SCAM!

Apparently, this is a company in China!

I purchased two “4xl comfy calm dog beds” on December 25,2020. The price was $109.99 with an offer for BOGO for 2 beds. One bed was received on 1/31/2021 via USPS. I reached out to company on Facebook and through email, making them aware one package was delivered. I even sent them a ring video of the postal worker leaving one small package. Their most recent response was “ Tracking shows that both were delivered. Normally there would not be refunds for non delivery when there is proof that it was. ”.
