I ordered some clothes as they looked good quality on their website and social media site. When the items arrived, they were incredibly cheaply made, inconsistent sizing, and just really terrible products overall. Their website says “Returns are easy! If you’re not satisfied with an item, we want to quickly resolve the issue. We’ll gladly replace, exchange, or refund the amount you paid, depending on your preference.”
When I reached out to customer support, they said they would only refund me 15% of the originally amount (despite these being full priced items) and I could keep the items once I accepted 15%. Also, if I accept the 15% I’m then not allowed to post any comments, reviews or otherwise on any website to warn others. Of course I said no way, I’ll pay to return to get my money back in full. Their return address is located at:
Address: Unit 3, Building 2, South China West Court, Pinghu, Longgang, District, Shenzhen, 518000, Guangdong, China
Receiver: Miss Chan
Tel: + 86 130 0547 9819
I went into USPS for the return and it was going to be $85 just to send the return. Toperth also told me packages have a tendency to get lost to this address. The original price of purchase was $135. Clearly they are falsely advertizing & scamming these very cheap goods to American consumers and then once consumers receive the goods & see how terribly made they are, we have no choice but to keep them or get back a tiny fraction of that money paid. It’s textbook false advertising/scamming and I hope other Americans making an honest living can be warned too. Thank you for your help.

I did however google the company today to see if they had reviews and they were all bad! Some people haven’t even received any of their order. I’d like a refund on the two items I didn’t receive! Thank you
The total of the two items I didn’t receive is $95.94

Live Nation selling friends and family tickets to Taylor Swift's Eras
Tour tickets for $400 each. in Miami, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Toronto, and Vancouver. She
claimed to have been fired on 10/14/2024 leaving her unable to deliver
the tickets for these concerts, the first of which was 10/18/2024. I
purchased a total of 37 tickets at $400 each for my friends a family for
Miami, NOLA, Indy, and Vancouver.

At the time of the concerts, she claimed Live Nation wouldn't give her access to the tickets (Miami), technical issues with Ticketmaster (New Orleans), and similar excuses for Indianapolis. I still have tickets for Vancouver but I've asked for refunds which have not come through, despite three attempts by her through PayPal. She is blaming me saying there is something wrong with my account. I have verified with PP that there is no problem with my account. The problem appears to be insufficient funds in HER account.

Another girl in the group did call the Ticketmaster fraud line and they told her that any "ticket broker" they work with is already in possession of tickets before they make sales and if Andrea claims to be in possession of these tickets, there should be no problem transferring them, as she is claiming. Now, Andrea has made it very clear that she don't know what I am talking about, but this came straight from Ticketmaster, not her. At this point, she is claiming that no one else will get their tickets because the Ticketmaster fraud line was called. This might be believable if she didn't already feed us about 100 lies in the past month.
She continuously says that she will issue refunds per her policy; however, as I stated above, no one has received refunds. She has threatened many of us with lawsuits for "slander" because we called Ticketmaster.

I personally did call the Ticketmaster fraud line and they told me that any "ticket broker" they work with is already in possession of tickets before they make sales and if Andrea claims to be in possession of these tickets, there should be no problem transferring them, as she is claiming. Now, Andrea has made it very clear that I don't know what I am talking about, but this came straight from Ticketmaster, not me. This might be believable if she didn't already feed us about 100 lies in the past month.
She continuously says that she will issue refunds per her policy; however, as I stated above, no one has received refunds. She has threatened many of us with lawsuits for "slander" because we called Ticketmaster. When I called Ticketmaster, I initially never even said her name. I simply asked them if a "ticket broker" sold me tickets and I never received them, what should my next step of action be - to which they replied "involving the authorities". Quite honestly, we don't want to do this, we would much rather just receive our refunds and move on. We are all well aware that Andrea is awaiting trial for a similar case, and I certainly do not think continuing to scam people out of money while out on bond would be her smartest move.
