I saw on Facebook this store giving Judy Blue jeans at an incredible discount . The jeans were $9.99 advertised. I ordered 2 pairs @ 9.99 and $12.99 for expedited shipping. I placed this order August 17, 2023. I have sent over 10 emails inquiring about my package since I hadn’t received it. The company just gave excuse after excuse. Since the store was called “usjeans.store” I figured it was located in the United States. NO, located in China. As of todays date, September 18, 2023 I still have not received my package.

There was an advertisement on Facebook for a sale from a company that I previously used, Shein. However, after I made the purchase, a different company name was put on the purchase, Factory Clear.. All I could find from the purchase was the email [email protected]. I emailed them and got fake tracking numbers. After that, my emails were answered by That, Carina, and Yuki, no email addresses for any of them.

I tried to buy a watch from these guys and they excepted my money, so after about a week with never getting a tracking number I asked them for one and they sent it but every time I attempted to track the package it said that there were 12 other people that had the same tracking number so that sent up a red flag, so then I finally went to the shipping company itself and by that time they said it was delivered and signed for so I asked them to let me see whom signed for it and they couldn't give me that information so I asked them what address was it delivered to and still they didn't know which with any other company they can tell you who signed it and usually have a picture of the delivery but they have nothing and I've got plenty of emails saying that they'll refund the money or send another watch but they haven't done either. They were very polite and still to this day are but i had a feeling

something wasnt right with the company ive kept everything ever written

between us and its aton of emails i can upload a few here just tu show

you.

I was introduced to Michael Norris in 2020 from a mentor of his. I contacted Michael about tradlines and credit building told me it would be 750 but gave me discount since his mentor gave me his information.I sent payment in my 1st payment in November 2021 and last payment January 2022. I sent my information my ssn, my address, statements from bills to his email that he provided Lillac356. He recommended that I pay for credit monitoring which I did only to keep contacting him and reaching out yo him only for him to tell me sent information again and again.I sent text messages to him and he seems to ask for more money 250 when I explained to him I paid you 500 already so he them tells me I would have access to his system so I can see what he's done on my behalf but never sent me any information and still nothing has changed with my credit or tradlines he has given me the run around since 2021. Ive been in contact with Michael but he still requested the same things 2 years later my ssn, address ect.

I ordered a concept 2 bike erg from an online website called classy jacket. After I ordered the bike I waited for 2 weeks to receive an email of order confirmation, tracking number, or anything relevant to the order. I tried reaching out, but the only way to communicate with the store was through Facebook messenger. I reached out on July 14th and they answered me on July 15th saying they received my order and it would take 8-10 business days to be shipped. This was after waiting an initial 2 weeks. I used after pay, a payment installment company, to pay for the product because it was the only option I had to purchase the bike. I figured out I was scammed with the never reached back out to me after I tried messaging them numerous times since July 15th and have received nothing. I then did some research and saw that they had scammed others as well on Amazon at after reading reviews from customers. I learned that they have several different names. I bought the bike on classykacket.com, but Classy Store was the name of the Facebook messenger profile. I tried looking up the company again and could not find them anywhere on the internet. I saw that my order number from Afterpay showed that the name the company used to work with Afterpay and receive money was called Upangs. I looked up Upangs online and saw that it was a picture of a house in Pensacola with no information other than the address and phone number. Afterpay has been unwilling to work with me to get my money back. I have told them time and time again I have been trying to reach the merchant and I receive nothing back, but they refuse to refund my money until I reach the merchant and ask for a refund.

Anthropoligies YOSFA advertisement selling clothing. Looked like a valid site. Corresponded with [email protected] via email. Was told the her department assured her that the order would be received by 8/30/23, if not she would fully refund me. Order never received.

The offer was too good to be true. They used actual video featuring an HSN personality demonstrating her favorite "weekender bag." Their website is not legitimate, as every link takes you to their list of FAQs. For example, if you click the "Track Order" link, you will get the FAQs. There is no way to track your order. The email address link on the "order confirmation" email does not work, and there is no phone number provided.

Scammer's offer was "too good to be true," but appeared very legitimate. They used actual videos of HSN personalities. No phone number was provided. The reference from the charge read as "ABT* eprtest Jhumat House 160 London London GB." The "info" email did not work. All links on the website go to the FAQs page. PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN!

AVOID NORABELE AT ALL COSTS. A total scam. Unacceptable practice- the item that was sent to me was not at all what was advertised on the website. I ordered the same dress and size as the picture below. I received a trash bag in form and material. Different material altogether, different form, different quality. When return was attempted I got the run around for weeks. Time and money lost.

I was selling an item on marketplace, was asked to text them, I did (stupid me), they wanted a code. That’s when I got suspicious and blocked them. Please advise.

An old friend from highschool message me on Facebook saying they had someone for me, and they would send me $4000 to help me with rent, food, and bills. Luckily i identified it as a scam before going any further

These people were and still are advertising handbags on a game app that I play frequently, they were beautiful bags at a low price, 3.99 each. So I finally decided to order several of them, but after waiting about 6 weeks, I contacted them , by email, that I had not received them. They sent me a message saying they were sorry that they were behind in shipping. They gave me a tracking number and said it was in route to me. I waited 2 more weeks and noticed the tracking company had marked it delivered, but I still had not received it so I emailed them again and they sent me another message saying the would refund me 40% of my money. I was not happy with that and I wrote them back and told them they were scamming people and I would report them. They took money from my account and sent me nothing!

I ordered nice suits from this company that I thought was legitimate. I found them through an advertisement on a game ap on my phone. After noticing the suits were very nice I decided to order a few of them at only 4.99 each. I ordered 6 of them. I should have known it was too good to be true. After 4 weeks, nothing was delivered to me, so I emailed them and they emailed me back saying they were sorry it was taking so long but my order was still enroute to me. They provided me a tracking number and I started tracking it. After about 2 weeks the tracking site said my order was delivered. I knew I didn’t receive it so I emailed them again and they again said they were sorry my order was lost and they would refund me 50% of the purchase price as a refund. I was very upset with this and I emailed them back that they were scammers and I was going to report them. They emailed me back saying they were not scammers and they would send me my money back if I would provide my bank account number. I did not do it, cause I know they had my card number when I placed the order. However since then I have changed everything. These people are good at getting your money out of your account but they can’t put it back in without the number. I still have my receipt and confirmation emails on my phone. They scammed me good.

https://lenejewelry.com/ is the website which popped up as an add on Facebook. On the their website it clearly says "easy returns". I received my items after a month. I did not like the glasses or the belt so I email them to initiate a return. I was told via email [email protected] that I could "sell my belt to a friend" "give it to a friend" or they would offer me a 35% off coupon to buy another one!!! I have followed up with several emails and now cannot get a response. They lure you in by offering 20% off your first purchase if you subscribe. Once you make the purchase and use ANY sort of discount code you immediately are unable to return ANY items. I read there return policy and all the way at the bottom it says you can't return any "sale" items which is everything on their page, although they don't use the word "sale" they have the original price in red with a line slashed through it and a new price saying how much you save. Anyone who tries to return an item will get the same response I did. They have this loophole so they can take your money and not allow you to exchange or return any items although their website states "EASY RETURNS" at the top of the page.
