It's been 2 months since I ordered some Jordan 4 canvases and I have yet to get shipping and/or nobody has even contacted to let me know about my order! Do not go through these people, save your money!

Whoever’s running Sole Factory needs to go to jail. Deadass! How are they getting away with stealing? It’s fraud! It’s a crime! I ordered a pair of lost and found Jordan 1’s. It took 20 days to get them. Got them and they’re fake. Customer service is trash! Pissed

Fake Jordan 1 lost and found

Sent me sneakers the smell like chemicals inside no sandy bros receipt. Bottom sole was soft you can squeeze with one hand. In sole is matte black instead of gloss back. I can keep going. Please stay away from sole factory. They sell fakes and labels them as authentic!

Got my Cherry 11's early

I placed an order before reading reviews on Reddit or here. I was super skeptical and scared I was being scammed, especially sending money with Cash APP.. I spoke to a rep named Kevin over the phone. He sent me some in-hand pictures and videos of the shoes. I got them about 2 weeks later..only complaint was shipping and having to pay with Cash APP.

Just got my pair. Not going to cap took about 10 ten days to get em. Other than that no complaints. I'm about to fresh af during Thanksgiving.

This will be my 6th pair with Sole Factory...not sure why everybody thinks they scamming...not gonna lie my biggest issue sometimes shoes take 2 weeks to arrive.

First I ordered a size 11 1/2 they sent me a size 12. Had them on for about 5 hours and this is how they looked . It took almost 2and a half months to receive them. I tried canceling my order several times and they wouldn’t let me. Now I’m stocked with a pair of fakes I’m so disappointed.

Not sure about everyone else, my experience was overall good, I was informed about the preorders and knew it would take some time after the retail release. Just got my cool grays and everything checks out with my retail pair.

Fakest sneakers and horrible customer service!!!

I bought a pair of cool grey 11s, paid 270, and I received the fakest sneakers I have ever seen! I then informed them about their sneakers being fake, and they proceed to lie and say they are real. Horrible customer service and they don't give refunds! They only provide store credit which don't make sense because who is going to want another pair of fake sneakers as a refund and Cashapp is the payment option which should have been a red flag to me from the jump! Cashapp even warned me saying the business account I was sending money to on Cashapp was fraudulent, but yet I proceed anyway! Do no buy! Complete scam! Fraudulent!

This is the worst site ever. They lied and never shipped my shoes. They kept sending me a tracking number that gave no info. They told me fed-ex already had my package but didn't. They created a label and never send the shoes. Beware stay away

This website advertises authentic sneakers and sells fakes a over retail and at a price near stockX prices. This is absurd. The listing is in California, while the instagram says Texas. There is no company address listed on the site. Additionally, the company does not respond to emails upon knowing that the customer knows they received a fake pair of shoes. The shipping was from Singapore. The shoes seem legitimate but they were authenticated and are not a true pair. The box was also badly damaged despite being bubble wrapped and shipped well, indicating it was an old box for a different pair of shoes.

Solefactory sells fake Jordans. They will advertise on facebook and Instagram. Their website says authenticity guaranteed. I bought a pair of Jordans received them very late and I had them checked by professionals and the shoes are fake. Do not buy from solefactory.
