I requested a free sample of L'Oreal Hylauronic Acid and somehow they acquired my credit card number, not sure how, and charged me $34.95 for a FREE one-use sample. I contacted SoPost and never heard a word back from them, even though I told them I planned on reporting them to the BBB. So I guess somehow I was swindled out of $34.95...

I got an ad on Facebook from SoPost saying to get free samples of NARS lipsticks. It appeared that the SoPost ad was connected to the NARS Facebook page. It asked for my email address and home address. I put them in and received an order confirmation, through SoPost, not NARS. People online have received free samples from SoPost before, but their website seems illegitimate, and I am nervous that I was scammed, and now they have my home address.
