i paid Joseph $650.00 back in 04.06.2023 for my TV repair. He works as a contractor for Best Buy. At that time he told me the service might take a month since he needed to order parts. Up until 07.14.2023 we communicated via texting for the updates and i was told the work is almost done. Since 07.19.2023 i have not heard back from him. I texted him several times, called him multiple times daily, emailed him. as of today 08.09.2023 he has not replied to me or returned my calls. I do not know how else to reach him. i lost $650.00 + the TV.

i have all the documents - i attached them

Please contact Parker city police at (303) 841-9800 so they can investigate and prevent this from happening.
