Ordered 7 items advertised on Face Book, with free shipping, total $37.71. One low quality, not ordered, item arrived. After contacting, offer of 1.) 40% refund, 2.) refund will be granted after returning junk item arrives ($17.90 shipping, 3.) refund of amount after $10.99 deducted for shipping. Only answers email 1 time per day. Items ordered were all pet things--Back seat dog cover, ball toys, coat/costumes. Offer was buy amount over limit of $34.99, free shipping. Item received was a Calligraphy set. My dog is talented, but doesn't do Calligraphy. Tired of fighting with them. Feel they will deny request totally after a magic pre-set date.
