I placed my order. I got an email confirming the order and I was told that I would get an email once it was shipped. After 12 days or so I started inquiring via the email they provide I sent at least 3–have gotten no answer so far they've totally gone dead and when I try to track my order by looking up the order number they gave me -it now says no order on file.
