I was searching for a place to rent. He claimed my $60 application fee was refundable. After getting the application fee he said he needed half the security deposit to secure the home for me in the event that I liked it and that he had to have it before I could be scheduled to view the home. I then asked for my application fee to be refunded and he blocked.
