I purchased a product approximately 30 days ago and it was stated that it would be shipped out soon. After a week of no response, I emailed the company requesting an update. It was stated that it was their 'busy' season. I asked when it would be shipped out, and they said no ETA. I requested a refund and they said to wait 7-20 business days. 20 days later I requested the status and they said it would take longer. 5 additional days and no response.
