I am being harassed over a year later from TheBellyBundle subscription service, after I canceled with them after several months of them sending horrible wish quality defective, chemical smelling products and atrocious customer service. I will be leaving a review anywhere I can.

Mama's beware of the scamming company. False advertising on the quality of products and harassing customers. Below is the email I received 1/30/2025 over a year later from when I canceled in 2023.

I emailed them back screenshots of the invoice number and it even saying FREEBOX VOID FEE $39.99.

I urge everyone do not waste your money or your energy on this awful company.

The fun part of this I already told them they over charged me several times when I was trying to cancel and their response was "You were not charged." So incoming more screenshots and then no reply until a year and a half later out of the blue asking for more money. I never got my refund. Horrid company and customer service.

|| || |Complete your purchase Hi, We are reaching out regarding an unpaid balance of $39.99 on your account with The Belly Bundle, associated with the FREEBOX promotion. As outlined in the terms of the FREEBOX promotion, by using this discount code, you agreed to commit to a minimum subscription of six months. Alternatively, if the subscription was canceled whether intentially or because the card on file was not able to be charged before fulfilling the six-month term, a $39.99 Discount Void Fee would be applied to cover the cost of the first box you received at no charge. Unfortunately, we have been unable to process the necessary payments on your account to fulfill this commitment. Your current balance of $39.99 remains unpaid. As a small business owned by three moms, unpaid fees like this are truly detrimental to our ability to sustain and grow. We put our hearts into creating these boxes and offering thoughtful experiences for our customers, and we depend on honoring commitments like these to support our business and our families. Please settle this balance within 7 days to avoid further action. Failure to resolve this matter will result in your account being referred to a collections agency. I attempted to purchase a bottle of hair growth oil for 5.99 and then there were attempts to charge my card for $198.00. I never received the product. I attempted to email the company to cancel the order and requested that my card stop being charged but my requests were ignored. I had to contact my financial institution, cancel my credit card and order a new one. However the charge attemps continue. I made another attempt to email the company to demand the charge attempts be stopped, however the email i sent was kicked back to my own email address. I would appreciate the assistance of the ScamPulse.com to stop these financial attacks being made by this fraudulent "business "

Charged for subscription when i didnt sign up for a subscription

- Jacksonville, AL, USA • Jan 04, 2025

The scammer offered a product to remove skin tags for $39.99. Upon receiving the order, the scammer charged the credit card $299.99. I immediately canceled (the same day) but the scammer sent the product anyway, and would not agree to cancel the entire charge. Instead, the scammer invoked a restocking charge of approximately $54.00, which is more than the stated price of the product. I refused the shipment as soon as it arrived and delivered it to the post office for return. In researching this company, I discovered that this is their modus operandi. They offer a product for one price, then charge considerably more for the product.

I purchased from a scammer. I didn't realize the subscription fees were off until my checking bank account showed an amout of $239.98 withdrawn when I purchased just one bottle to try out and see how it work for me.The legitiment site was redirected to a spoof site. I emailed the company that the amount debited to my account was wrong and that I wanted a refund for the deceitful response when they told me that no refund can be done without going through their customer support phone. I tried getting through for 3 days and realized that this phone number is bogus. The number I called is......1-888-697-6016. This number is busy all day and night. They continued to tell me to hang in there and wait until you can speak to someone. Meanwhile, they sent me a tracking number for the product as though my desires where never even considered. After the first day, I did some research and gathered information on their scamming techniques. I know now that they are only out for the most money they can grab from the poor people that trust their product. I have since had to cancel my debit card and begin changing all my many contacts to a new debit card which is quite a big deal for me. This deceitful and disrespectful tactics are not acceptaand I hope something can be done to erase this fradulent company so no one else has to deal with them.

Once my order was no longer pending and money was sent to the company from my checking account I was able to call a number next to the amount of $329.98 in the bank transfer. When I called this number she gave me the same song and dance that I can only cancel through the customer support phone number and that she couldn't help me. Once again denial and deceit. Leaving be at a loss for what to do next with this dilemma. phone number....************

It’s advertised on Snapchat as having a sale on a body spray being on sale for $1, you click on the link and a website shows up and it shows different scents with a sale price and an higher original price crossed out, once you pick your scent and add to the cart you are then charged once information is submitted and the purchase is complete. You then receive an email that states “ She Boutique provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.” The invoice in the email shows that I will be charged $6 every 2 days for a subscription until I cancel.

Honestly I was just trying to download the Disney App after saving 3 years to take my grandkids to Disney. You need the Disney app for the Genie pass apparently and whole host of other stuff. I clicked and brought me to a website to register (Starller). I thought that was a bit odd and it asked for my credit card info ... initially I backed out but my system has all sorts of malware protection and I know that when you get this app the purpose is so you can go into the resort and use it to charge things making it easier. And of course the website said NO CHARGE TO YOUR CARD. I THOUGHT I was being paranoid initially so I went back and completed the app and that's when I KNEW I had been scammed. . Brought me to a website full of entertainment stuff.

I immediately called the bank - cancelled my card and now i'm reporting them. NOT OK to take advantage of folks just trying to take their grandchildren for a once in lifetime trip to Disney

So they said they were going to send me a bottle of Instaflex and some cream free to try. And all I had to do was cover the shipping fees of $5.95 and they did send me the cream and they did send me a bottle of pills which I will not take then shortly after they send me another bottle of pills and my bank said that they charge me $75 and some change I can’t remember the exact amount of change but they charged me $75, when I tried to call them on the phone, they didn’t answer the phone rings and rings and rings. I’m going to try to contest that with my bike five freaking dollars for 30 vitamins no no I never agreed to that.

I was told buy 2 bottles get one free, I was charged for all 3!! Then they advertise a Detox product, I didn't click on it but they add it to your order and charge you. They give you a run around when you call to return, offering you to keep product and give you 35% of your $ back. When I refused 3 times they finally give you an address but are not gonna refund you the total, they say you are charged a sanitation fee and inspection fee of like 18 dollars. I told them I shouldn't be charged this cause I didn't order the Detox and should have gotten 3rd bottle for free. They then hang up on you! Told them I was gonna report them to BBB. Gonna try to return and at least get $101.61 back!

I scanned a QR code in order to donate money to a charity and I was redirected to Starller.com. I thought I was signing up for the charity, but instead, I was signing up for a subscribtion to Starller.

The scammer billed for the gummies and included another product too. Original cost was $239 plus another $59 for product not ordered. It said money back guarantee, but after talking to 3 different customer service people, one said no refund and another said none after 30 days. The bottle has an email address for customer service ([email protected]). They did not reply to my email, instead tried to continue to bill me. I blocked their charges and the credit card company is disputing the original charges as they deem this organize to be fraudulent. They billed and attempted to bill me under the following company names: Advanta, Dynamics and Rapid results. There were 3 different phone numbers 833-556-4438, 833-379-3841 and 855-800-7249. My credit card company advised me to let them reissue me a new credit card number. This will be a hassle, but they say these companies are relentless and will sell your information.
