Two representatives of Sunbull Solar came to our house today and rand the bell on the gate. We did not answer because a different guy from the same company had come to our house the day before. They would not leave and kept ringing the bell. I finally went to tell them we’re not interested, and they said “well ok but you have an appointment and if you cancel now, you’ll be charged a fee on your next utility bill”. I told them no one made an appointment and to give me their names and the name and phone number of their boss. They refused despite me asking several times but finally gave me fake names. No phone number. They had my husbands name and phone number and said he did schedule an appointment. (I later found out that my husband gave the guy that came the day before, his name and phone number). This is how they “scheduled” an unauthorized “appointment”. I finally got them to leave after taking a picture of them and I looked the company up. I called the number on the website which was out of service. These people are harassing and threatening residents and who know what they would’ve done if I had let them in.
