Ordered a chest of drawers from Supic Company Limited and received socks instead

I saw their ad on facebook. Order a chest of drawers and I received 2 pairs of socks instead! When I tried to cancel the order Jimmy's email ([email protected]) said they could not refund credit card or cancel order. I tried canceling with 24 hrs. I was told in email that the order had already been processed. Also received an email telling me to expect a late shipment as this item was in demand.
