Promised to send small vacuum for $5 shipping charge. Subsequently charged card for $59.96, and the small vacuum was not what was promised--instead one that can be bought for $15-20. There was no contact information with the product delivered, nor was there an email as would typically be sent by most merchants. I disputed the charge, the merchant agreed in an email to drop the charge. A month or two later they charged the card again. I disputed again as a fraud but they pursued and provided evidence of the initial charge. My credit card company has just reversed the credit on that basis. I have contacted them again and we will get it resolved on the basis of my email indicating the merchant's agreement to drop the charge. However, I will likely have to cancel this card to prevent the merchant from repeatedly charging my account.

Deceptive advertising, TOS is purposely misleading and vague. After getting the initial product, I was billed $83 for a monthly subscription. Then, I was billed for a phone app from another company. Ok, first 83 bucks is on me for not paying attn. I called and cancelled the monthly subscrition easyenough. The $59.95 for a phone app was completely a blindside, but the representative said I failed to check the "small box" on the website to remove that charge. Trying to contact the exclusivegadgetswarehouse.com to remove this is impossible, and I was not able to get though to anyone. This is deceptive, misleading and "small box" is apparently so small that as I went back to that orginal site to find it.... I cannot.

I saw their ad on Facebook for a free Magsafe (pay-only shipping of around $6) in exchange for a review. After availing, I received an email confirmation of the order for only the magsafe. A few days later, my card was charged $86.31. After disputing this and having my card blocked and canceled by the bank, I found out that the transaction was made by a company called Fortify Healthy Pet Accessories. After calling the company, they explained that I had made some sort of subscription for a $125 voucher and that it was emailed to me. I never subscribed to anything and never received said email or voucher. The person on the phone could not give me a clear explanation about the transaction and could not send a confirmation email stating that the transaction was canceled and my money will be refunded. She gave some convoluted excuses about how they cannot send emails from the call center. After asking her for another avenue to request documentation, she directed me to the Exclusive Gadgets Warehouse Direct website. After calling their hotline, the supposed subscription was canceled but again, they claim that they cannot provide me with a confirmation document attesting to this cancellation and refund of my money. They also claimed that the subscription was already canceled because I had my card blocked and canceled by the bank so the bank already beat them to it. They also refused to give any identifying information on their end presumably to prevent me from having concrete evidence about their fraudulent practices. Upon further research, it seems like the companies I mentioned might be connected to each other.

I was to pay shipping only, which I did. Then a few days later, there was $74.12 deducted from my account for Chipper Wood Carving. I called and they said it was a fee for joining the program. There was nothing mentioned about joining anything when I ordered. I demanded a refund and they said they would accommodate me. They gave me a cancellation number (KC021) and a transaction number (8438046490). This was after two separate phone calls asking why I haven't received a refund. I called again only to find that I was supposed to get only $29.14 refund of the $74.12!! They said it has been completed on 6/15/2023. As of 7/14/2023 nothing has shown up in my account. I checked with the bank on this both by phone and walking into my branch.
