My name is Mr. Sean Edwin and I live at 104-01 101st Ave, Ozome ParkmQueens, NY 11416. I had made an order almost 4 weeks ago and i haven't received any package yet. I have been in constant contact with Becky from the support email. I was told that it was delivered to my regional post office, but nothing has been received or delivered. When I inquired about my package with the tracking number I received from Becky, it was a track site called Track 17. It showed in mandarin language (which has a English translation) it was in the warehouse to the post office in China, then to the other stops before being delivered to Ozone Park regional post office. Nothing has arrived and the Post Master of that branch said nothing is there under my name from China. I spent $69 dollars for three boxes of cigars that was on a flash sale which was advertised on Instagram. I will send you the information that I have by forwarding you the emails as well as my order number and tracking number.
I ask if you can look into this matter ASAP because if you're a legitimate company, then someone is using your information to SCAM people here in America. Please contact me.with any helpful information so I can report it to the International Federal Bureau Of Investigations department for fraud. If it isn't then I would like my money refunded ASAP.

SCAM for sure
Quick to charge credit card. Quick to send order received email. But there’s no order info in the email. Then no shipping email. Contact support. They are quick to respond with a tracking #. Takes a while but tracking # actual has tracking info. There’s hope.
Ya, no. Tracking info says delivered at 2:54 pm….it’s only 9:00 a.m. when I’m checking the tracking info 🤦🏼♀️ Benefit of the doubt, maybe it’s on the truck and they just mark it as delivered. Nope. 2 days later still no package. Contact support, again quick to respond. Package was delivered, check with family, neighbours, and local post office. Due diligence was done and it’s nowhere. Then I contact shipping company 17TRACK. If you want a refund seller has to initiate it. Email again. Quick response saying that the package was delivered. It was small. Look for it.
The package should not have been shall. Had over 5 items that were 4-10 pcs per item. I’m out $40+ and I’m kicking myself for getting duped.

Story: I saw the ad for softball bats liquidation, and my kids play softball. Bats are $450, and the prices of these bats were $18. I should have known better, but they had the size and weight options for purchase that made it seem legit.
Scam: Basically, I spent $120 purchasing 8 bats. The scammers set up a fake shipping tracker and then claim that the package arrived at your house based on their "logistics" company report. I requested a name/number on who they talked to at their "logistics" company and they wouldn't provide it.
Refund: I asked for a refund and we went back and forth as they claim they sent sunglasses and took a "loss" and offered up 10% refund. I said no, and asked for the logistics information and proof of what they shipped. They raised the offer to 20%, etc. and we ended at 75% just to see if I could get anything back.
Result: I am still in the 7-14 waiting day period, but this is 1000000000% a scam and scam company. I filed with the better business bureau, and am just trying to get the word out.
