The Instagram appeared to be Callaway and I paid $65 for eight dozen golf balls. They sent me fake tracking info that showed my delivery in Kentucky the day after the shipment purported arrived at the US Customs Center which is impossible. They asserted that the package was delivered but then said that they'd shipped sunglassed instead and that I had to return the sunglasses first "because they lost a lot of money." I reminded them of the fake tracking report, assured them I received not sunglasses, and asked for a United States Postal Service tracking number. The number that they provided was not a valid number. They then offered me a 10% refund, then a 20% refunds, and this morning a 30% refund even though I received nothing. I've reported the fraud to Visa.

I came across this ad on instagram and Facebook about a sport equipment store going out of business and liquidating its equipment, especially baseball gear. The store was in California. The prices were a little too good to be true, but I thought I’d take a chance since my son really liked the bats up for sale. I made my order big to avoid paying a shipping fee. After my purchase I was given an email of a delivery date in August. The email also came with a tracking monitor. What was weird was that the tracking was done in either Chinese or Japanese and English, but showed package was enroute, going through customs, and being shipped . The time for delivery came and nothing showed up. August 16,2023 message said package was delivered, but I received nothing. I emailed the support email address and advised the company that my package did not arrive at my address. For about a week the support person emailed that they have data that my package was delivered and to check with family members and neighbors. I did check, and no delivery was made. I notified the support person again. I was notified that they would check what happened to the packages. I received another email that said my deliver was mixed up and that a smaller package was delivered to my address and for me to return it in order to receive my order because they would lose money if that package was not found or returned. Also I need to look for it. Again I notified the person that no deliveries were made at my address and that I would either like items o ordered delivered to my address or my money back. The last email I received said that they were sorry I didn’t receive my order and that they would only return 10% of my money since they lost money.
