I ordered Peter Thomas Roth received confirmation email with picture of product for $25.00. They sent me West Month which is only worth $6-10 online. I told them that they sent me the wrong product. They asked me to send pictures of the product along with my order confirmation picture. I sent all of that to them and they said that their warehouse filled exactly what was ordered and they would only offer me a 2 dollar return. Then when I pressed them more they offered me a 4 dollar return. Told me that they would not take the product back because it had to be shipped to China and if I wanted to do that, all the cost would be on me. I told him to send me the product that I ordered. And they continued to say they sent me the product I ordered. Even though I gave them proof of what I ordered.
