Kaspersky Anti-Virus was banned in the US by our goverment. They transferred account to ULTRA AV Complete (USA I think)without permission. They have made it impossibe to cancel the acccount and stop auto-renewal. They send links with instructions that do not work. This has affected thousands of people in the USA. I found a name for UltraAV but not sure if it is correct. Please Help
