I ordered 2 fitness trackers. I could not get them to work nor could the support staff of the company. I asked for an address to send them back for a refund. They first offered me a 65% refund and I would not have to send them back. I said no. Then they offered me a 75% refund and said if I did not accept I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. I accepted and they gave me an 85% refund. I looked on their website and there is no mention to a 15% restocking fee? I will pay for the shipping charges and I want a complete 100% refund and no restocking fee.
