We bought a Scarlet Macaw advertised for $850.00 from TalkingParrotsIsland.com.

We had to download and use WhatsApp to communicate.

We were offered the bird and when we asked how much to ship to Oregon we were told $150.00

Monday they said the bird was at the airport waiting for flight.

The tracking said that the bird needed a temperature controlled crate as soon as possible.

When we asked how much we were told to buy the crate was $1200.00 or we could rent it for $750.00 and when we sent it back we would receive 90% refund.

We sent the money. The tracking said that it was on hold at the airport and needed shipping coverage.

We were told that the insurance was $600.00 and would be refunded after we had received the bird.

We did not pay the insurance money and soon afterward, all of our communications were deleted except for the e-mails I had archived and of course we never received the bird that we paid for.
