Just call any of these numbers or check any website. You will quickly be routed to a central cast of characters that are evasive, dishonest, misleading and fraudulent. They will claim that they guarantee all of their workers. But once you "hire them" they will simply call an incompetent, sketchy, unmarked, wanna-be handyman to stop by in an unmarked car ("I just bought this vehicle", they will tell you. "I just moved here," they will tell you.) who will have a partial idea of how to do they job but basically treat your property like a rental house and have all the finesse of a bull in a China shop. Then following their work, they will demand payment immediately via cash or Zelle and then good luck trying to reach them again. When the work they do is incomplete, they will then send you in circles trying to reach someone for a refund. The technician will say "call the office." The office will say "call the technician."
This is a scam. This is shameful. This is fraudulent. They need to be outed. Tell Rachel at 323-529-5131 and tell her hello. Then listen to her suggest your call her "dispatch office" if you need to reach her in the future. Then call the "dispatch office" in the future and ask the operator to identify the office they work for. Then listen to the odd answer they give you. Like "Garage Office" or "I can have a supervisor call you back" or "I will try to connect you with someone else."
If you do hire this place, ask the handyman when he/she arrives which company he/she works for. Then ask for an invoice so you can see if the number on the invoice is the same one as Ben's Garage Door that you called. Then call that number on the invoice and see if they are aware that the handyman is even at your house performing work (they will put you on hold for several minutes). Then ask the handyman for a physical address of where he/she works. It will all sound very sketchy, very quickly. Just ask some basic questions and see for yourself. Then let them not repair your issue but still take your money and try to avoid speaking with you again.
Oh, and please call Rachel at 323-529-5131 and tell her hello.
