TFS ID Pro Reports & Reviews (149)

I received a blue postal card stating that there was a reward in my name in the amount of $100. It directed me to call a toll free number to claim my reward as soon as possible. As this struck me as being fishy, I googled the company and found that they are indeed a scammer operation.

I also received a blue post card saying there holding a $100.00 reward for me but even I knew it was. BS so I never called them neither

I received a blue card with a $100 reward, but after googling the company I found out these reports, the company is a scammer, I never contacted them. I will report them to BBB

I also received a blue card in the mail on 3/08/21. Stating that their holding a $100 for me. Didn't sound right so I immediately looked up the name TFS ID Pro and found this site. I can only assume they bought my contract address of a 3rd party. Companies shouldn't be allowed to sell your information

I received a post card from TFS ID PRO . I look up the TFS on the the internet and found it to be a scam app. Promised me a $100.00 to call but I didn’t call. I find this annoying . If I wasn’t with all my marbles I would have gone for it. Please have them stop harassment please..

Received this in the mail today addressed to my elderly father in-law. He doesn’t live here but uses our address for important mail (DMV, VA, Medicare, Social Security, prescription delivery). Only government offices have our address-he gets no other mail here.

So I don’t know how this scam company got his info, but it was from some agency considered important & trustworthy. That’s not cool & I’d like to know how to stop it.

Unfortunately he’s the type of person who falls for these scams. It’s happened before several times we know of. Do they know what it’s like to call & find out their loved one has been eating canned cat food because he trusted some stranger who said they needed his money more than he did?

I’m angry and so thankful to be an intermediary for his mail at this moment. This isn’t okay.

My 90 year old mother has “been paid up until next year”, according to a very snarky CS rep. We called to cancel her so-called membership and we’re told that they could not pro-rate her payment and tried very hard to keep her on the roll. It wasn’t until my wife told the CS rep to send the issue to her supervisor that we suddenly got a phone call saying they would refund us the balance of her membership.

The CS rep was very pushy, extremely so. Both my wife and I have worked, and still do, in CS fields and have never spoken to customers in such a fashion. To find out that this “business” is most likely some sort of scam only underlines the fact that anyone who is contacted by them should just throw the card away or hang up the phone and report them to the BBB.

I received an email saying that I was a 20 million dollars Prize winner or lawsuit or something in the people will not stop calling me telling me that I'm a winner and I want to know if it is a scam or not Frank Appel is one of their name and said DLS is the carrier for my shipment of 20 million dollars

I received my blue post card, URGENT NOTICE, $100 reward being held in a savings acct for me, a member benefit. Not a member of anything. Checked into on google, guess what? They are "scammers" looking to scam me. Not this time guys, no phone call from me, no bank acct info from me. I wish nothing but "the worse" for them. So many scams out there. Be cautious and careful everyone. Check info on all "to good to be true" scams b4 calling. Be safe out there. It's usually a scam!

These people are sick! They owe me over $300.00 because they have taken money out of my bank account several times. I will make sure they pay for this! They never had any permission to take my money period!

So glad I looked this bull[censored] up here first! Thanks to everyone that posted here that little blue card got put in the trash! Not falling for this scam! Remember if it seems too good to be true, it usually is just that too good to be true!

I received this urgent notice stating I have $100.00 being held in savings for me as a member benefit. First of all I am not a member to anything. I have tried to call the # on the post card 1800-664-2830 multiple times and every time I call I get thank you for calling, we are currently not open, please call back tomorrow. So I did, I got the same recording. I waited a few days, called again hoping to speak to a live person and I get the same recording.
