Hello I'm jonathan Calhoun an today I had a blue urgent notice in the mail. Stating that they were hold ing $100.00 in savings as a member benefit, hood at most retail stores or online so than I call an gave them this claim # SC901536.. I was wanting to know if i can or could do something about this.

I got same card yesterday and was wondering if it’s a scam. I had a brain injury and don’t know how to proceed. One time I won a free bottle of pills and I paid for shipping and next month my bank called me and said this COMPANY WITHDREW 98.00. So I had to get a new debit card and I DONT TRUST ANYTHING ANYMORE

Got postcards saying a reward was waiting for me and it didn't really say what it was about or what the reward was just some discounts to a different retail stores online or something like that and my name was spelled incorrectly it was not spelled right at all it just gives a number when I called the number it just said I was couldn't reach them at this time so I looked up what TFRD ID Pro or something like that It looks like other people have reported it as a Scam

I got the same card today only it's Yellow. Has my name and address on it. Upper right corner there is T10 printed. The phone number is different than above, this number is 1-800-852-2879. Back of card is blank. It is also stamped as presorted. I did not call, instead I looked up TFS ID Pro online.

Received the post card about the $100 as well. It was addressed to the [censored] in my house who would have immediately handed over all their personal info. Instead I took it from our mail and researched this company. The Better Business Bureau is like "We see all these were resolved :3 So this is a good company" and other websites list them in "Good Standing" but the personal reviews have made it clear that this is all bull. I'm disappointed in the BBB. A lot of the warnings are for small charges like $1.95 - $5 BUT some people claim they claimed to be other services to get money AND others claimed their entire bank accounts were wiped out or their credit card they had just opened prior to that were maxed out within seconds. I can't find any reviews that say they're a good company. All I can find are reviews saying they're a scam, and their "Good Standing" with scam websites seems to be entirely over their ability to respond to the critiques with "Uhm actually we refunded you!" ... but all the admins that review them are like "Looks like they got it handled" instead of "They sent us documented proof they handled this and we confirmed it with the person who reported them".

I had a charge for something that I actually did purchase on my debit card and I wanted to call the phone number that was listed with the charge on my debit card to find out when my items were going to be shipped. The number I called ended up being this ID pro and kept telling me that when I gave them my card information that I used for the purchase they would tell me when my items were going to be shipped. No company in their right mind would do something like that. They are a big-time scam

Claimed I had $100 savings reward just pay $1.88 to claim my reward. Now they don't answer the phones especially the one for cancellation. They said call Monday thru Friday 7 til 7 before the 15th of the month now the phones don't ring. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 2 weeks now. I have even called the number that I called and gave my claim number to (ST740644) Doesn't even ring.

An urgent notice to claim $100 as a “member benefit” in my name was sent to me as a postcard. I thought it was a class action suit at first, but there is no real indication of what company is being sued. It’s very vague, and the company on the mailing address was the only clue as to where this came from. Seems like others have received this (I looked up the company online) and they all seem to agree: scam.

My bank told me to contact synchrony Bank because money had been sent from my account to synchrony Bank without my authorization. I found a contact number online at mysynchrony.com. 877-295-2080 and when I called they told me I won a gift card to Walmart. I told them my bank problem and they told me they could help and asked for my card info then a second person was put on phone to verify and the first person said to stay on until after the second person and they could help. After the second person no one came on and when I called again no one answered. I cancelled my card but then got the scam credit card in the mail telling me to claim my prize this time the number is 18003194573.

I received a suspicious post card in the mail. The mailing was from TFS ID PRO 1609 Co. Rd. 42 West 303 Burnsville MN. 55306 The post card was regarding $100 unclaimed reward. They have a $100 reward in my name good at most retail benefits. Call for details on how to claim the reward. Phone number 800-319-6584 I did not call the number back because I am suspicious. It is a plain blue post card My husband thought he heard something on the news about a colored post card being a scam. I wanted to report it. .

Received a post card stating they are holding $100 in saving for my husband as a member benefit good in most retail stores. Said to call number to claim goods. I did google where it came from and had a warning from several years ago of this scam

Received blue post card stating I have $100.00 in savings that they are holding for me and give you a number to call. This is a SCAM! I had to cancel my card and replace at a cost of $9 dollars. In the mean time I was billed $12.00 for AARP which I didn't suubscribe to ( they refunded) me but these people used my name, birthdate, address and bank acct.. They also charged $ 1.45 which I called them and told them to refund me and she hung up on me. Now I get endless phone calls from them at all hours to the point of harassment ! These people should be shut down. I am vigilantly watching my credit history to make sure they are not taking loans or credit cards out in my name. As if I need another thing to do!!!! I wish there was a good lawyer that would go after these scammers better yet it's time to get the attorney general involved.

- Georgetown, CA, USA

I believe this is the same scammers I spoke with after I was given a "customer" service number to call from Walmart. They do not speak clear English and are not as far as I could tell affiliated with Walmart. They threatened to charge my credit card so I canceled that. Then a couple of weeks later I get a pink card in the mail with an offer that they are holding $100.00 in my name. I did not call the number, 1-800-319-4573 for "TFS ID PRO" - could not find a website for that and it was the same fake business name that they gave me on phone. The address is a UPS Post Office Box. These are scammers and need to be shut down immediately! They need to do jail time. I will contact the AG's office and forward my information to them.

Company wants $1.95 to process a $100 voucher for use at 300 locations. Didn't give further info without debit/credit card info.
