The sizing is way off on everything including the robes.. They run very small by at least 2 sizes. As for the bodysuit, the cup size for a D/DD is more like a B. No way it will work! If your items don’t work for you be prepared to just eat the cost. There is absolutely zero customer service. The telephone number listed for customer service is not even a working number. Filling out the contact form is a waste of time as you never receive a response. You’ll be flooded with marketing emails but will never receive a reply to emails regarding your order. The address on your shipped items won’t even accept returns so they make it virtually impossible for you to do anything but eat the cost. Please read reviews outside of the “chosen” ones on their site. I sure wish I would have!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The Bridal Bodysuit is absolute RUBBISH. Provides no lift or support at all. I have never heard back from The Bridal Bra company after multiple attempts to contact them requesting a refund. Their 30 day exchange policy is a scam as you can't even get hold of them to arrange. I wouldn't want an exchange anyway due to the poor quality of their products.

I tried calling the bridal bra to cancel my order because I no longer need what I ordered. There was a recording that they were busy and hung up on me. I emailed them and they said they will get back to within 24 hours and to check your spam folder. They never emailed me back. I just want my money back but I guess I'm out of my money. I wished I checked out the website further, but didn't. How do I get money back?

I also wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. I did receive a tracking number and watched it daily however, the bridalbra put an incorrect address on the package and because of the level of shipping rates they used, the usps disposed of the package. I have emailed the bridalbra numerous times with no response. In addition to this complaint, I opened a case # with the usps. I just want a refund at this point. Jenny, if you can see this complaint, please reply since you are not replying to the contact email on the website.

I ordered two items (panties and the bridal body suit on May26th). Both items were issued separate USPS tracking numbers. The panties arrived after 8 days and I waited another week for the bridal body suit. Oddly enough, once the bridal body suit "departed the sorting center" it was never received by USPS, despite the Bridal Bra website's claim that it "arrived at the local delivery center". Additionally, the tracking number for this item mysteriously changed to the same tracking number as the panties in the Bridal Bra website and is now indicating that the item was delivered with the panties. I've messaged this company several times with no reply. I was also tracking this item using the USPS website for several days (which is how I know a shipping label was actually created, but that it was never received by USPS). USPS now has no record of a package with this tracking number. Luckily I took screenshots of the tracking number for both items before they were changed in the Bridal Bra website as proof that there were two separate shipments to be delivered. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. I will be disputing the charges on my end, but I want to add my story in hopes that others don't fall for this scam.

Like others, I need to complete an exchange. There has been no response to multiple emails and of course, the missing digit issue of the phone number means I can't call. I really wish I had googled them and seen this site before I placed my order. BTW, Jenny, if you are reading this: my order is TBB#32724 and I would be THRILLED to receive a reply from you directly to my email in response to the emails I sent. Given that you have a 30-day return policy, I believe it is not acceptable to delay responding beyond those 30 days and I will certainly contact the BBB if I don't receive a reply, in addition to publicizing on the Knot and other places where you advertise. So, thank you for your prompt attention to this!

I ordered 3 items from this website for my upcoming wedding. The tracking info said "order being prepared" for about 3 weeks, until O noticed a sentence in the email confirmation telling me to clic if unable to tracker properly. Which I did; said my order was on it's way and expected May 5th. Checked my mail on that date and I had indeed received a package from bridal bra, BUT it only container 1 of my 3 items. I'm not totally satisfied with the item, but reading comments here I'm not expecting being able to return, let alone receiving my other 2 items!
I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow and ask for help; after 2 email and completing their online form still haven't heard from this company. Can't try calling their incomplete number either and from what I can see in responses others received here they arent even addressing the fact they posted a fake number on their page. Speaking soit customer service...really? Sounds like a half face company to me! 🧐😡

I placed my order 3/17/2023. I have not received my order and have contacted the company twice to inquire. The last time the tracking number was updated was 2 weeks ago. Ridiculous! I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I did receive what I had ordered, but I need to exchange for a different size. I have sent multiple emails and submitted a file on their website, but no response. As others have stated, the phone number is short a digit. My wedding is next month so I guess I will be out the money. Would not recommend.

Bridal Bra has no customer service. The phone number they post online doesn't have sufficient digits to work, which I believe is supposed to look like a mistake but it's actually an intentional way to make sure you can't contact them. Bridal Bra also does not monitor their customer service email. If your order doesn't show up or you need to exchange it, you're screwed.

Not only did they not send me an order confirmation email, but they did not even send me a tracking number after I sent it.
This company needs to put an actual phone number.
I still have not received my items and my wedding is fast approaching.
If the Bridal bra doesn’t reach out soon, I will be pressing charges considering I have no items and they’ve already drawn money out of my account.
If they do not fix this soon, they’ve lost my business and will continue to lose others as I spread the word.

I have purchased a bridal bra bodysuit and taking out of the shipping package it is 1/4 the length of my body. I tried it on over top of my underwear and it still has absolutely no way of even working.. I reached out to the bridal bras social media and sent several emails with no response from the company. This is a total scam and I wish I knew this before purchasing anything.

Do not waste your money! There is no customer service, they do not respond. I ordered two separate sizes of the same piece and received two completely different products. The material was different. The support bra for the L and larger than the XL. if it seems to good to be true, it is. What a waste of money

I wish I could see those reviews before I purchased my bodysuit. This is totally a scam. I never received any responses from Bridal Bra and and my order is in processed status for 3 weeks now. I tried to send them emails to ask about my order but they never got back to me. Very disappointed.

I ordered shapewear and a bra through them and while I received it, one was damaged and the shapewear was previously worn, has a bad body odor to it and had a clump of hair in the clips. I’ve reached out multiple ways to request a refund but no contact from this company. Terrible service.

I placed my order and received an email saying it was shipped. Tracking number doesn't work and I have tried everything, including clicking where they say to click if it still says "pending". The phone number on the website is missing a digit so you can't call them. I tried emailing but haven't received a response. I was relying on my order to show up in time for my wedding and now I'm left trying to figure something out at the last minute.
Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased.

I ordered a bra through this company and it was not in line with standard sizing. I ordered a B, which is my normal size, and what I received looks more like an A.

I attempted to contact The Bridal Bra to see if we could rectify the situation. They don’t have a proper phone number on their website and I had to contact them through instagram, their website and email before I got a response (despite them saying they have 24/7 customer service). I was told no refunds and exchanges. I responded again asking what could be done since the bra was not the same size as a standard B and no response. When I followed up asking for someone to contact me, I got the same email copied and pasted. Worst customer service and I will not buy a replacement bra from them-I will take my business elsewhere.

The tracking numbers are all fake. I ordered 3 items and they were being shipping separately from Singapore and China. Yet there were no tracking updates from the carrier after May 24. I paid via PayPal and sought a refund through PayPal. The refund was instant: which means Bridal Bra is a known scammer. Ridiculous. Scammer alert!
