Unable to reach for incomplete order received
I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow and ask for help; after 2 email and completing their online form still haven't heard from this company. Can't try calling their incomplete number either and from what I can see in responses others received here they arent even addressing the fact they posted a fake number on their page. Speaking soit customer service...really? Sounds like a half face company to me! 🧐😡

SCAM TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This company needs to put an actual phone number.
I still have not received my items and my wedding is fast approaching.
If the Bridal bra doesn’t reach out soon, I will be pressing charges considering I have no items and they’ve already drawn money out of my account.
If they do not fix this soon, they’ve lost my business and will continue to lose others as I spread the word.

We already were in contact with each other and as you know, both of your items have been delivered on August 24th 2022 after you ordered on August 9th 2022, as can be seen in the screenshot below.
We take your feedback very serious and I can guarantee that every customer gets her item(s) or, if something goes wrong, gets a refund.
Every order comes with a tracking code which is an official tracking, from USPS for example, so that you can follow your order, not only on our website, but on every tracking site on the internet as well, so you always can check what's going on.
We're investigating your statements here right now with our legal department and we will initiate further steps if we come to the conclusion that statements made here are false, which may be the case if you don't correct or delete your statement.

Worst customer service
I attempted to contact The Bridal Bra to see if we could rectify the situation. They don’t have a proper phone number on their website and I had to contact them through instagram, their website and email before I got a response (despite them saying they have 24/7 customer service). I was told no refunds and exchanges. I responded again asking what could be done since the bra was not the same size as a standard B and no response. When I followed up asking for someone to contact me, I got the same email copied and pasted. Worst customer service and I will not buy a replacement bra from them-I will take my business elsewhere.
Never received any items. Tracking numbers fake.
