I ordered mine on Jan. 31, Order tbb#20702. Today is March 2, 2022 and I still have not received the product. I sent couple of emails and was given a tracking number that does not exist.

I emailed and asked for canceling the order and got no response, I may need to call my credit card company to get my $25.2 back.

how are you today? Thank you for feedback! Your item got delivered on March 7th as seen on the screenshot I attached to this message.

As you mentioned, we already were in contact and provided you with a tracking number - an official USPS (United States Postal Service) Number.

Based on the actual worldwide situation there are still some delays in the logistics. We are doing everything possible to keep up with the situation. USPS and others do mention this on their own website as well, but every customer gets their item or a refund if everything we tried is not working, which barely happens.

I am sorry about the delay and that we were not able to make a perfect job this time!

Ive also had the same experience with Bridal Bra. They give you a fake tracking number and the product never arrives.
Im contacting my credit card company to try to get my money back.

Thd bridal bra company wont allow you to post or leave reviews on any of their websites and its unfortunate that you arent able to warn others

At first let me thank you for taking your time, bringing this to my attention and making us aware of what happened.

Before I go further into this I can and we do guarantedd 100% that every customer gets her item or gets a refund - if something goes wrong without a solution in the end - what barely happens.

On your seceond screen shot, the last line, from my response, show we're sending you a new item "We already sent you a new item ..".

Sometimes things go wrong - when Covid started it was super difficult for all of us, keeping track with what's going on, delays in logistics worldwide, stuff from our team in quarantine or even in hospital, and many more, we tried our best to keep up with the situation, but again, yes there were delays and I'm absolutely honest about this - we may have messed up with that in your case - my and our honest apologies if this happened in your case - and that we did not do a perfect job this time - but again - every customer gets her product or a refund.

I'll be happy looking into this, if you contact us again over our contact form or write an email directly, the information given in your screenshots does not show enough information to find out which order this is about.

I ordered a product and never received it. It’s been nearly four months and costumer service has refused me a refund. I’m starting to believe I’ve been scammed out of my money. Every time I’ve emailed them, the shady tracking information gets updated with no new location. It says something along the lines of left distributed line or dock or something random. This business is probably a scam for brides to order bras and corsets.
