I purchased their product late April, got a text on May 4th saying it shipped. When I went to type the tracking number, it was invalid. I emailed the support several times- no answer. I found a page on Facebook with people saying the exact same thing, all recent. It was $24.98.

Ordered product a month ago and it has said "shipping" for 3 weeks. Looked at the Facebook page and saw where many others haven't recieved theirs either and reported to the BBB.

I ordered this product on April 29, and I received shipping confirmation on May 2nd. When I enter the tracking number it says no tracking information exists and I have not received my order and it is May 22nd. They have not responded to any messages or emails and I have given them over a week to respond.

This is a product used as a beauty regimen but I wanted it to help my sleep apnea while waiting during covid for a cpap machine and I ordered it on may the 2nd. It just says shipped still, and the company wont return my emails. A lot of other women have dealt with this same thing as well. They were all stolen from. I cant dispute this with my bank because it needs to be 25 dollars and it was 24 dollars. That's how sneaky these people are.

This business is fake

They originally had all positive reviews

I ordered and never got email or tracking info

Just a text it was shipped

Money taken and never got my item well over a month ago

I went back to page now tons of poor reviews that nobody got their orders and positive reviews were fake

Were not on at first

They have multiple pages on Fb and IG with diff names and says as seen on etc. I thought was legit.

My order was placed on 04/20/2020 and it was confirmed by an email. After a week I checked the tracking number that was enclosed and it's a fake number. There's no customer service number. I've sent numerous messages through messenger on Facebook since that was a way of communication that this scam of a company offered as well as email. They replied and told me to be patient but never gave a reasoning to why I was given a fake tracking number and why my order has yet to arrive. Please do not order anything from The Slimming Strap Company!! They also won't allow you to see comments on they're Facebook page because of all the bad reviews. When I was able to see comments, a lot of customers were complaining about NOT receiving they're paid for merchandise!!!

Ordered from this website april 20, my bank account paid in april 21 but never got my items ordered for over a month now. I sent multiple emails but never got a response from them.

I saw the Facebook advertisement about the Slimming Strap on Facebook, so I bought it from their site. It looked legit. Two weeks went by and I haven't recieved my product as of yet. I messaged them on facebook,no response. I emailed them, no response. I sent a message on instagram, no response either. They don't even allow people to comment under their instagram pictures. The comments are limited.

The slimming strap product claims it'll slim your face, and there are Asian models in the ads. The website says it was 45% off today only. That sale has been there for a while. They took the money out my account. I checked my bank and it said it. It was $25. A lot of people complained about not getting their product which is why they limited instagram comments. I saw that THREE managers are based in the Philippines and ONE is based in California. They are hard to contact and no one will answer their email or social media.

Ordered 4/21. No updates on tracking shipment since 4/27. Item not received and USPS never shows it shipped. Product is imported. Generic Facebook replies. Turned off commenting on their posts so no one knows it's fake.

I made a online purchase through a Facebook advertisement. I paid 24.99 for my items. This company provided a fake tracking number. They won't respond to messages nor emails. The seem to have scammed alot of individuals.

I ordered my order on April 26 I got an email on May 2nd saying you orders being ready to ship and then nothing since then it's now May 22nd and still nothing no shipping and no emails back and if you go on to the Facebook page of the slimming strap other people are complaining about the same situation and no one got their money back and no 1 got their product I use the gift card so I can't stop the payment so basically if my product doesn't come in I can't get my money back

I saw ad on Facebook about the slimming strap. I ordered on April 28th. I received an email saying my order is on the way on May 2nd. It said please allow 8-15 business days for delivery. I haven't gotten anything. It is May 22nd now... I contacted them. No answers. I visited their facevook pages, I saw so many people saying that they haven't gotten their orders.

I placed my order on 04/29/2020 from the website after seeing an add on facebook. I had received an email stating they received my order and I got a notification that the $19.98 was taken from my account already. I have been waiting 3 weeks for an email regarding my order with no luck. I have emailed this company several times and they do NOT respond.

I was supposed to receive two face slimming straps as advertised on Facebook for $24.98 and never received a confirmation email nor a tracking number. I’ve reached out to their customer service email 3 times and have not received a response. They do not have a direct address nor contact number.

I placed an order from this company in the beginning of April. They ‘said’ they had sent out the package and it should take 10-15 business days to receive. I never received it. I messaged their “customer service” on Facebook and after the initial 15 day waiting Period was over, they never replied. And they changed the name of the page from “The Slimming Strap” to “The Face Bra”. They delete any and all negative comments on any of their multiple pages, and seem to make accounts in order to comment positive things to make people buy.

I placed an order March 15th, they charged my card. They sent me an email on March 19th stating that my order has been shipped. Till this day, 2 months later, when i track it, it still says “Ready to ship”. A lot of people have the same complaint and they’re deleting all negative comments from social media regarding this and they are refusing to give out refunds. They took our money and we got nothing from them.

I purchased an order through their website - theslimmingstrap.com. They claim to be from San Diego, California, but apparently it has been brought up that they may be from China, scamming tons of people out of their money on Facebook. Apparently they are deleting all of the comments as people are getting scammed out of money!!! This website and their Facebook needs to be shut down so they do not continue to scam people as products are never sent out. It is ALL FAKE and DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company, as it is a SCAM!!!! I put in an order over a month ago, and NO RESPONSE, and other people have posted that they haven't received their orders that were placed back in March 2020, it is now May 14th.

Saw ad/page through Facebook. Ordered. I received a fake tracking number and never received my product. No response to messages. All comments on the FB page have been turned off. Website claims they are ScamPulse.com Accredited.
