Ordered the product called “Slimming Strap” through the Facebook app. a few weeks ago and received a order number with a tracking number but when trying to track order it has been telling me that there is no order found. I have tried contacting them by the email provided on the page and have not received a response.

This business pretends to sell slimming face straps to use on the face to lose weight. They are scamming people and taking their money and fail to deliver the products they supposedly "sell". On Facebook, it shows that their page was created on March 30, 2020. They claim to be ScamPulse.com accredited but after checking the ScamPulse.com website, they are not an actual accredited business. After speaking to other people who bought the product on Facebook, they have not received their products for over a month now and have their emails and messages ignored. I researched the address on Google, and this business is operating out of a small, residential home in San Diego, CA. They are scammers and they took my money and information. Not only myself but hundreds of other customers too. This business needs to be reported and shut down before others get scammed also. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and change my debit card to protect my information.

Facebook ads sent out to massive amounts of people to try get people to buy their product. Bought and never shipped. It is a fake business. The address used on their website is of a house for sale in Sandiego. Beware! They do not answer their email. Having to dispute with card company. Everything seems legit but they are NOT! They hide the comments about fraud on their Facebook posts so that you cannot see it. Facebook refuses to take their page down where they are serving ads to thousands of people. This is a total scam!
