Omg this happened to me too! Ordered 6 months ago kept being told so popular because of tik tok and order will ship soon. Because of wait I was promised two hoops. Nothing was ever sent and now the website is down and no one responds to the emails. I have emailed so many times over the course of the past 6 months. This is very frustrating. I want my money back.

Made purchase Aug. I did not get the products. Emailed and was told because tiktok it was back order. I agreed to wait til next week Tuesday for shipment and they will send tracking. Nothing ever came . I followed up again at this time was told same story again and would be sent a 2nd one for free when shipped . This continued over about 3 months .
I said I just want a refund now she asked my order # and told her everything multiple times. No one replies now.The emails are gone all together surprise! I have no idea where they went or how they are gone. I still have the email but our email chains gone. So no 2 purple hoops or no refund. I am so mad! What a scam and rip off.

Made purchase did not get product. Emailed and told because tiktok it was back order. I agreed to wait til next week. At this time was told a story again and would be sent a 2nd one free when shipped this continued over about 2 months I said refund now the emails are gone all together. So no hoop or refund.

I ordered one on June 23. After 3 weeks I sent an email asking if it had shipped yet, was told by Mary due to high demand it would ship the following Tuesday. So I waited another couple weeks and still no hoop. So I again emailed and was told it would ship the following week. When I emailed and said I wanted an refund, Mary asked what my order number was. I gave her the number and I've emailed several more times with no response. What a fraudulent company!

I order mine in June and now it nov 6 2021 and still haven't got email now no one is responding to my emails at all the only person who email back was a lady name Mary from them. now that i been asking for a refund no one want to reply back at all this is so crazy

Purchased in June 22 have yet to receive. Contacted them and kept getting a different shipping date even said they would give another hoop for inconvenience but then waited longer and email then never replied.

I had placed an order for a smart hoop on June 10th of 2021. I waited a month before contacting them, and I've been in constant contact with them through this entire time. And they would tell me that it was being sent out this week, and this conversation would just go on and on each month. Well I decided to check my email to see if there was any updates and I went to the page and I saw that the site is no longer there. I knew they were shady and that it was a scam. Now I just got to file a dispute with my credit card company. It's pointless that people do this.

It’s a popular thing on social media and on the pages they have created you’ll see the others who have been scammed. If you email them they say they’ll ship it out next week and then when you ask for a refund they’ll get your order number and then won’t ever email you back

I purchased a hula hoop from the company back in May on May 6th to be exact and 5 months later have yet to receive a hula hoop or a refund or any response really from them. I was told May 26th it would be fixed and shipped out in 3-5 business days and I was told June 8th it would be shipped out that following week.

Saw the product on tik tok bought it and never received it and was told for months it was on back order so I looked up others on tiktok and they were scammed as well

They are scamming everyone it seems...I was really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Why do people do this... I guess I'll have to go with a brand on Amazon at least it can be tracked... I'll be seeing if I can get an email back over next day or two with update then I'll start process of trying to get my money back .

I placed an order on August 14,2021 and have yet to receive the product. If I would have known that this company was a scam I would have never bought it through them. I have had several back and forth emails with someone named Mary stating that it will be sent out, also offering a free hula hoop as well. This company needs to refund my money and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Do NOT buy from this company. Warn everyone that you can about them. I have even let them know that I have contacted my attorney. I will make an update on here when or if I receive the refund.

I ordered it on Sept 3 2021 and I cant get through to anyone about where it is or getting a refund. The company that collects the money states you have to get a refund directly from smarthoop which is not replying. The money collecting company gave me the number for smarthoop that they have and it's a fax machine so obviously you want speak to anyone!

Same as everyone else. Ordered June 5 from a tiktok ad, and still have received nothing. I've had several back and forth emails, assuring me it will ship "next week". They even said they would send me a second one for free for my wait. They stopped responding to my emails a month ago.
