I have had the exact same experiences as others who have been scammed by this company. My order was at the end of June and I have still received nothing, and have repeated back-and-forths with this company.

Here is my advice, and I suggest EVERYONE do this:
REPORT THIS COMPANY TO YOUR NATIONAL HOTLINE/REGULATORY BODY

Here is all the information I could find on the company:
It is operated by a man named Muhammad Ahsan Saleem, started in February 2021 under the name MAS GENERAL COMMERCE LTD.

As you know, phone numbers are a bust, but they are listed at the bottom of this ScamPulse page to be included in your report. Keep copies of all of your interactions with the company "representatives," and take screenshots of your order numbers, shipping policy, and site ToS to keep and provide as evidence.

Let's make sure that nobody else gets taken advantage of by this person!

There was an ad on TikTok for a weighted hula hoop. I bought it in June and it’s now September and I haven’t received it. I have been in contact with their “support representative” and the same person keeps replying, saying it will get shipped out and promises to send a free item but it’s never sent. When asked for a refund they insist on sending it out over and over and refuse to refund the purchase. Many people are having the same issue- search “thesmarthoop scam” on google/social media to see the same complaints. They also have comments turned off on their Instagram account @thesmarthoop but there are still comments from people asking where their items are and why shipping is taking so long. They have many websites with similar names but they all have the same contact info listed(phone numbers and support email) and all the sites look identical.

I ordered this item on 8/11/21. As of 9/18/21 I’ve still received nothing from the company other than my order verification saying the got my payment. Website says allow 1-3 days for shipping and they will provide tracking number. It was never received. They have neglected to reply to my inquiries. I have received nothing, not even an excuse

I saw an add on a social media site and went to the link to order the product. The money came out of my account almost immediately. After 2 weeks I had received no confirmation of my purchase although it had already come out of my account. I emailed to ask about my purchase and was told they were on back order and would be shipped out within the next week. Another 2 weeks go by and still nothing, upon emailing again they apologized and said they were gonna send an additional product along with my order and it would be shipped within 3-5 business days. Another 2 weeks go by and still nothing. I again emailed and said if I did not receive my order within the week I would be disputing the charge and reporting them.I was told my order was shipping out after the weekend and here we are over a week later and still nothing. So I disputed the charge and am reporting the company.

These people scam you. They won't refund me my money and I keep asking for it every day. They keep saying they'll send it even though they literally haven't. Will not refund.

I ordered a Smart Hoop in June off TikTok and I still have not received it . I have emailed them and I tried to call . They said they were about to send it , they would send me an extra one , etc.

Same as all the rest. Ordered from a tiktok ad in June. Emailed asking where it was, got the same copy and paste responses offering an extra Hoop, that it would be shipped out next week/ next month, etc. Multiple requests to cancel order and get a refund and get the same copy and paste replies.

Reporting to my bank as a scam and asking them to reverse the charge.

Ordered in June was told I would get tracking# within 2 weeks never got one, then was told there was a delay! It's been 4 months since I ordered and they keep saying sorry for delay and I keep requesting refund without a response! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered back in June, and was told one delay then I would receive a free. Then emailed again said it would be shipped
No hoops no refund and when I told them by email I would be reporting them no response. Please be aware a total scam. I have sent 9 to 10 emails with someone called Molly emailing back with excuses. The phone numbers do not work so you are out your purchase price..

Saw Ad on tiktok. Placed an order ($18.95). Shortly after placing the order something told me to check out the business and it lead me here, Seeing other complaints for the same company. Only way to contact is through the email (the number provided on website is not active). After requesting my ordered to be canceled (after 3 business days to see if it would ship) I received an email back stating my item would be shipped in 3-5 business days and also was offered a 2nd smarthoop for free. 6 business days later, I emailed back requesting a refund again since it still hasn't shipped. I recieved another response stating it would ship in a other 3 business days and if I would still like a refund to let them know. So I replied stating a THIRD time, that I wanted the order canceled and my money back. I will be contacting my bank if there is no refund showing by the end of the week. DO NOT buy from this company. I will also try to reach out to tiktok to report the "AD" as a scam.

I ordered the smart hoop through an ad on tik toc back in may 2021. To this day/ august I still haven’t received my item. I contacted over 8-10 times and each response they gave was , it will ship out this weeke on Thursday if no other issues, I received each week the same message. I’m fed up, I told them via email I was reporting this, they then sent me an email stating refund issued.

I emailed again stating, who authorized my refund because I never requested this.

They also told me I would receive a free hoop on top of this

Never received this either.

When you call the company, there’s a high-pitched noise.

Initially, my emails were returned with promises of shipping the product soon.

Now, there’s no response to my communications.
