I ordered shoes from Theoduo Leggins. The shoes never came. The company doesn't respond, the phone numbers don't work, the web site doesn't exist. I dispute the charge with American Express. They do an investigation and Theoduo sends them a tracking number. When you go to USPS website and put in the tracking number it comes back as the package was delivered. The USPS information includes the city and zip code that the package was delivered.
So I called USPS. They said although the tracking number does take you to the city and zip code, the actual address, the street and the street number were completely different. They also said that the package delivered was only 8oz., 8 oz for five pairs of shoes.
This scam is elaborate. They did their research as far as information given when checking the USPS site. But if you call USPS, you'll get the information needed to help you dispute your case.

I ordered the hoka shoes and paid 49.94 and did not receive product. They took the money out of my account. I was not aware that this was a scam and these people should go to jail and our hard earn money return to us. The add that they had on FB looked legitimate. I tried to contact the company and I got no answers. So please help.

I thought I was ordering through HOKA for a pair of sneakers. I ordered on 12/15/23 and still have not received the merchandise. The email stated with the peak season that it would take longer to deliver. I expected item the end of December. I have emailed the company that is at the bottom of the receipt that I got: [email protected] and have not heard anything from them. I typed in the google search box THEODUO LEGGINS LLC that is showing up on my bank statement and came across ScamPulse.com having others stating it is a scam. Going to talk to my credit union to see if I can get my money back.

I fell victim to the same Facebook scammer. First at all, they replied to my request for order status with a USPS tracking number that was "label created" with no tracking info. A week later, rep's email address: munday trussell just vanished into thin air. The support contact [email protected] is still there but no response. My attached email shows Chinese letters at the end that I don't know the meaning.
Facebook has to do more against scammers.

I purchased 2 pair of Hoka running shoes on 12/24/23. My debit card was charged $69.95 and now the end of January, no shoes. When I started investigating, the email on the order confirmation non existent. The website was removed and the supposed shipping/tracking info scam. I have learned my lesson and I hope they stop these guys. It is an absolute shame.

I ordered what was suppose to be a special off of Facebook for 3 pair of Hokas for $79.00 on Dec 5th order # 2023120519189968 and the money was taken but the shoes never delivered.

I ordered a "special" 3 pairs of Hokas for $79.00 on December 5th, today us January 29th and never received them. I don't know wether to be mad or embarrassed. It's just such a a shame we have to deal with these things and people who scam you! Please double check every purchase.

I ordered 3 pair of HOKA's on clearance at Christmas 2023. Order never arrived. I contacted HOKA who told me that the confirmation number that I got was not one of their numbers. I also reported the email that was in the confirmation and when I tried to contact them my inquiry re: my order was undeliverable. I was informed it was a scam website and to contact my cc company for fraud and to request a refund. Total loss was $79.95. Everything looked legit since I got linked to "hoka-usaclearance.com" from the hoka.com website. Hoka looking into it, and my cc company working on fraud claim.

I made what I thought was a purchase of 2 pair of Hoka brand shoes. And am now am unable to get into view my order and I contacted customer service of Hoka and was advised that the order number was not one of their order tracking number. I have made a request to my credit card company for a refund.

Ordered 2 pairs of sneakers back in Nov, they haven’t been received and my many emails go unanswered. I’m so mad. I’m also a healthcare worker who really needed the darn things. I mean we all do but I go through them like crazy it seems.

Just like everyone on here, I ordered Hokas off Facebook and now I find that the company is a total scam. I didn't receive any shoes. I just disputed the charges with my credit card company. Very disappointing that these scams are on Facebook but I shouldn't be surprised. I am writing so no one else loses out.

I purchased a pair of HOKA shoes from THEODUO LEGGINS LLC HTTPSWWW.TRASCO I saw on Facebook. I ordered and paid they sent me an email saying my order is on its way. I clicked on "view your order" and nothing, I tried to track my order but nothing. I emailed the address and no response. I would like to get my money back but I see that that may be problem.

Buyer Beware!
I ordered 2 pairs of Hoka shoes from Theoduos Leggings LL. I saw the ad on Facebook. I never got the shoes and neither did my 2 friends who also ordered. I'll be filing a fraud charge tomorrow with my bank.

I purchased two pairs of what I thought was a legitimate purchase from what I believed to be the Hoka Facebook page. have not received any shoes and my credit card was charged. It has become clear that this is an online scam.
Once I received the email from them showing what I had purchased I realized the address above was not Hoka. I sent them an email to the link they have on their email to me that showed the shoes have not been shipped but have yet to hear back from them. The charge of $96.22 Canadian cleared my bank the next day. I believe this is a fraudulent site. The name of the company that debited my account for was Theoduo Leggins LLC.

Ordered 3 Hoka shoes and had an email confirmation numbers. It says, 8 to 15 days delivery and until now no shoes yet. Started looking for this name THEODUO LEGGINS LLC AND IT'S A SCAM. Beware folks. You just need to dispute the charges to your Credit card company. Facebook should have security to catch this SCAMMERS so that all FB user don't get their credit cards compromise.

Saw an ad on Facebook for Brooks running shoes offering 75% of running shoes. When my credit card statement came through saw it was from Theoduo Leggings which I did not recognize so I googled them and it brought me to this scam website. Tried to go to the Brooks using the link they provided and said server not found. Realized then this was a scam.
