TillyBare makes it impossible to cancel orders or accidental subscriptions. They add the 'subscribe and save' button right in the spot to 'add to cart'. The site says you can cancel subscriptions any time via account profile, this is not true and instead guides to email support for cancellations (including subscriptions & orders within 24hrs). When requesting to cancel the subscription they refused and said the next billing cycle will be charged and did not cancel or provide any clear guidance on how to cancel a subscription after a billing cycle completes. I have attempted multiple requests to cancel via the support email and receive the same (attached) response each time. Almost an endless loop for them to continue collecting money. The product itself does not work well, and the 'apple' flavor does not taste edible instead as if you're spraying your mouth with a body spray or perfume. Awful experience and unable to cancel my subscription as they charge me $55 a month.
