When I went to the link, I clicked on the link to see the invoice and it said “Due to privacy laws, we cannot provide detailed information before you pay.” Then it asked for full name, address, email, and phone number. Then at the bottom there was a button to click that said, “Submit Quickly”. That is what tipped me off even though I was skeptical initially.
