I cancelled the order and the payment because I felt something was wrong. Now I see that the amount disappeared from my bill. I have emailed thema a number of times but no response. Stay away from it.

I ordered legos for my nephew's birthday and Christmas presents. Bugatti car, Porsche 911 car, Statue of Liberty, mini cooper, London bus, Volksvagon Beetle, Volkswagon camper van, and a US capitol building ($129.42). The shipment states that it was sent and the USPS says that they delivered the package. No package is at my house. I had my brother in law at the house the day it was to be delivered and he states that no one knocked on the door and there was no action like he didn't hear them, my 2 dogs didn't bark or any thing. I want my order or money back.

I ordered 3 sets of Lego on 3 November 2020 costing £99.39 for my children’s Christmas presents, and have never received any Lego. All I received was a pair of fake Ray Ban sunglasses which I didn’t order and I do not want. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund and these requests have been ignored. Philippa Pearce

J'ai commandé un Star Wars DeathStar 75259, commande no 23956 via Facebook payé sur ma carte de crédit et je n'ai jamais reçu le lego en question. La commande a été placé vendredi 31 juillet 2020. J'espère que vous pourrez me remettre l'argent ou me faire parvenir ce lego avant Noël. J'espère avoir une réponse à cette demande.

I placed an order from Facebook on Nov 3, 2020. Total order was over $75. The exchange rate charged me $79. I received a shipping notice, but the information has not been updated for over a week now. I have contacted the company requesting to cancel my order, but they said it's too late because it has shipped. The website said shipping would be DHL 48 hour shipping, within 2-3 days, but the shipping link is for EM shipping.

Thru Facebook ad I came to https://dk.hstar.shop, ordered two Lego sets, and then, the things took the classical path. Result: I don't have Lego but I have fake RayBan sunglasses for 80 euros.

I place an order on Sept 24 for several sets of Lego. I tried to email them but all emails came back undeliverable. on Oct 29, I finally got a package with that tracking number but it was "RayBan" sunglasses. I am out of the money because I asked the bank to push it thru as these were Christmas presents. Website has been missing for almost a month. This was from Facebook and will never do this again. I even reviewed the rest of the site and it showed the correct address and contact information for the Lego House in Denmark. Truly a scam and I wish I would have stayed with no internet shopping!

I ordered two items from this "company" and I received a pair of fake sunglasses. I reported it to the authentic LEGO company, and the response was weak! Facebook must be seriously informed about this fraud because there are advertisements of this fraud all over the place, and many innocent customers might be further exploited! Christmas is coming and the efforts of this scam to exploit customers are going to be more intense than ever! Action must be taken! What surprised me the most is that LEGO company, whose good reputation is exploited and is on the spot, is very reluctant to react!

I ordered 4 lego sets and got royally screwed. I received a SCARF (apparently a scarf worth $136.04), and when I tried to file a complaint with my credit card company, they DENIED it because the seller (comes up as BEEBENNY) "the merchant provided documentation to support the transaction." BULL@*#$@&!

I'm SOOO mad at Facebook for allowing these scam merchants to sell on their platform!

Absolute SCAM... Website has been taken down. Paid $85 for 2 sets because my son loves putting these together. Thought, "hey this sounds to good to be true" and sure enough it was. Completely ripped off. As if 2020 wasn't bad enough to screw me over now I have to find something else for my son's Christmas and I'm out $85.

I ordered two things and I think the total was around $55. My credit card has two unknown purchases, one from Eveneach Xia Men Shi Fuj for 69.19 and one from Kittysource Atlanta Ga for 58.15. Like one of the complaints on this site I got something I didn't order, 3 pairs of socks in 3 different sizes. I will be reporting them to my bank and see if they can go after them. Need to cut the balls off these guys that scam people.
