I order a number of items in early August from Toyhouse Bricks I have emailed them a number of times requesting information regarding delivery date my order I have had no response I would advise stay away from this company

Une commande de lego passé, je reçoit le courriel pour le tracking et j'ai reçu une paire de lunette, impossible de rejoindre cette compagnie. Des escrocs, dernière commande pour moi via Facebook (dommage pour les cie honnête). Je joint ce que j'avais enregistré.

I ordered 5 Lego sets for $100.85 on September 14, 2020 as Christmas gifts. Waited for over a month, then emailed them but it came back to me. Did receive something that was processed through China that I was keeping track of, I thought it was my Lego order, but it was a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses that I didn't order. So disappointed. Will make me think twice from ordering off of Facebook businesses.

J'ai commandé moi aussi via une publicité sur FB (que j'estime aussi responsable), j'ai bien reçu un mail de confirmation, procédé au règlement via un site sécurisé ce qui a confirmé ma volonté de l'acte d'achat, sinon j'aurai stoppé la démarche, un colis a bien été envoyé et a pu être suivi via 17tracking et j'ai reçu ... une paire de lunettes de soleil plastique qui m'aura coûté près de 70$ avec les frais de port !

I ordered two sets online for my grandson on Sept. 10 and haven't received anything. Their email address for customer service is useless and was returned to me. I wasted $58.58 and gave credit card info..

Well, I'm back again. If I don't hear from you by 10-15-2020, I will check with Discover and if you charged my account I will have them go after you. If you haven't I will tell Discover decline this purchase. Ya know, these are hard times for everyone, why must you rip people off? I have been out of work since March, and just wanted to give my grandsons something that they love and learn from.

set to a European site. I was scammed too. Currently contacted my credit card company to dispute the bill and report the fraud. I just emailed this company and told them the same as it as been 3 weeks and the order supposedly hasn't even left China yet. They will probably take down this site fast too.

Hi, I made a purchase on Sept. 26 for $94.00 and have not heard anything from them. Nothing on my E-mail. I do have an order number? #41796. I would like to know if I will be getting my purchase. I has been charged to my Discover card. If I need to cancel or what ever I have to do please let me know. This year has been screwed up enough, I don't want to be ripped off.
