Received mail that offered free hotel stays, free meals, etc. Did not explain what we had to do. Call the number because "offer will expire" in 48 hours. Call to number was unanswered. Scammer appeared to be registered with travel and leisure show in Atlanta, but no further information was given. Used Embassy Suites logo and mentioned all major airlines but Delta.

Received letter in mail inviting me to call and receive complimentary airline and hotel valued at$980.

- Alpharetta, GA, USA • Jan 13, 2024

Received a US Mail solicitation to receive (2) complimentary tickets to attend Travel Exhibit 2024. No location for this event was given, but for attending we would ". . .receive (2) complimentary round-trip airline vouchers. These vouchers are valid within the continental United States departing from most major international airports." In addition we would "receive (2) nights at one of over 1000 Marriott's, Hilton's or Hyatt's. (Option to extend) The retail value is up to $980." Very similar wording to the scam that the other person sent. The flyer went on to say that the first 50 callers would also receive a $100 dining savings card good a several listed restaurant chains and provided a phone number (855-549-0722) to call with a claim number. Flyer/Letter was signed Rich Allen Travel Exhibit 2024. I didn't bother to call the number so don't know what might have come of it. Considering that no location, dates or times for this Travel Exhibit 2024 were given I had to believe it is/was a scam.

Received a letter titled Travel Exhibit 2024 and did not reply because I knew it was a scam from the beginning

Carolyn offered travel agent services for a domestic trip to Las Vegas. What we did not know before we engaged in her services, is that she is a scam artist who takes money from her customers and does not deliver, but knows that she is not going to deliver. She has done this before and we did not know that. She essentially makes verbal promises about things that she is going to do and then NEVER does them. So for us, she was supposed to book our airfare, hotel, and activities while we were in Las Vegas. Thirty days before the trip she still had not booked anything and claimed that she still needed more time. Up until 2 weeks before the trip was to take place, I called the airlines that she claimed she booked through and the hotel and they both confirmed that I in fact did not have a reservation for air or hotel. There was nothing in their systems whatsoever. When we confronted Carolyn, she claimed that she was still "talking" to vendors. Little did we know that her scam is just to allow time to run out and then you are either without the trip OR she books something completely different than what she promised based on the amount of money she has available from others in which she scammed. My advice to you is not to use her for anything. I have uploaded her information from FB so that you can see what it is.

Received unsolicited email and from company that appeared to be government agency responsible for Global Entry renewals. I filled out my name, address, phone number and credit card information. I checked with my credit card and there have not been any unauthorized charges. I fear that the information provided will be used to steal my identity.

My son and approximately 45 classmates were to take a once in a lifetime senior trip to Italy on June 26, 2023. They all showed up to the airport only to find the tickets were never purchased and there was no trip. Rose Fazzolari of Syosset, NY, also doing business as Exclusively Yours Worldwide Travel and Ablex, scammed this group out of over $200,000 collectively.

This person somehow got my locator number for some American Airlines reservations and called and told me they would be cancelled if I didn't pay $169. I disputed this on the phone with them for 2 hours as I had paid in full for the flights back in January. He was so insistant about my locator number so I thought he was legitimately from American Airlines and so I gave him my credit card info. But then when I checked my bank after the call, it was actually a call from a place called PCR Consultants so I shut the card down and disputed the charges. They found out I disputed the charges and went on AA.com and cancelled my NON-REFUNDABLE tickets. He was able to do this because he had my locator number. I have no idea who these people are as I booked my own flights online and paid in full the day they were booked. What a scam!

Rose Fazzolari was supposed to be planning an Italy trip for 52 kids graduating High School. She took everyone’s money and never actually booked airfare.

Scammer called me on my personal cell phone and stated if I listened to a 45 minute presentation the next day on a zoom call, my family and I would receive a vacation package that is a 4 days and 3 night stay for free. They were very adamant that you attended the zoom call by calling and texting to make sure you were attending the day before and day of the zoom call and even before the zoom call was supposed to start. The presentation explained that they could give you a wholesale travel membership to be able to travel with extreme discounts for airfares, cruises, hotel stays, all inclusive stays, car rentals, activities, and weekly stays. After the Zoom call was over with the group of people who had an appointment the same time as my appointment, we were all redirected to a personal advisor to ask questions and have the details clarified and to see if we would buy the membership. The 10 year with unlimited access was regularly priced at $5999 was marked down today only to $1999. with a $199 per year annual fee and the legacy plan was normal priced at $7999. was offer today only for $3999. with $199 annual fee when you traveled that year. It was definitely enticing to think you could go on a Hawaiian vacation with a reasonable cost instead of the true expense it realistically costs. I told the representative named Dylan that I would have to talk it over with my husband before I would buy anything thing. I would have to talk to him first and let him know later tonight. He said he understood. They had me wondering if this is just too good to be true.....So I checked out the ScamPulse.com for it being a possible scam and I found others that had problems with them not being legit. I am so glad I went with my gut feeling that it is too good to be true and it is. Right now it is a tough time for most Americans because of the economy issues and we definitely do not need for scammers taking more money from us. Buyers beware. They didn't get money from me even though they tried. I never gave them my credit card number but they did ask how old I was. I will be contacting the credit bureaus to make sure to put an alert on my accounts. They have perfected how a travel business would act if you were dealing with them. At the end you are shocked that they had you believing what they were telling you as being the truth

I was cold called and actually going through stress and anxiety or I don't believe I would have ever bitten on this scam. I paid $464.00 from my bank account on 9/28/2021 (see the uploaded file for the receipt and agreement details). The payment was called a deposit by them and they advised they would call back for $100 payments to the $800 total but I could start using the program immediately and within a 2.5 window in the future. The organization called me at least three or four times since the initial outlay and I discussed I was skeptical and advised I would discuss with an attorney which I did. The most recent call from them was this past March asking for $100 payments and saying I could extend the plan. I had decided ok but now I would start to use my credit card for more protection for fraud. I made a $100 payment in March and was finally in a position to plan a vacation so I returned a call to them but noticed I could no longer safely access their website, I notice a difference website name now being used but later an email bounced back to me. I discussed vacation plans with a Mr. Perez (emails uploaded) and told him due to US travel advisories for Mexico I did not feel it was safe to travel there with my family and the gentleman begin to discuss his political views about how Mexico is just as safe as the US or more so. I told him about my concerns again and requested a refund when he responded I could not have a refund.

I searched for discount airfares and one of the choices was JETCOST. When I chose the best airfare for my destination it was a Delta Flight offered by Skywynk. I went through the normal process of booking the flight and then was contacted by email and phone that my original rate was no longer offered and that they could now get me booked for twice the cost.

Bought airline ticket online. Called the number under United airlines name.

Agent answered and sound like he is a United agent.

Agent asked all the information regarding my credit card, send me a document to sign, issues a ticket and charged additional $*,*** for taxes and services.

I called back United to clarify the charge and they never heard about this agent and told me I was scammed.

- Alpharetta, GA, USA

Web site looked like global entry site and asked for fees.

This scammer named Elliot Lawson Henderson goes by the pretense that he works for American Airlines and can get up 50-60% off on flights through his friends and family discounts. The problem is once you arrive at the airport you're stuck in limbo because the "confirmation" number he provided is not valid. This goes for hotels, excursions, airbnb, etc. There are countless of other victims as well. There are Instagram pages (elliothendersonthief and elliotlawsonhendersonscammer) theres a Facebook private group as well. There is also a website www.elliotlawsonhenderson.com and a petition on Change.org dedicated to him.

Go to the following link: https://bamboo.samcart.com/products/tahiti-1000-off-special#/sc-checkout

I signed up for the Tahiti trip for Oct 27, 2023. I made 11 payments of $197 and added in the insurance through CHUBB Insurance New Zealand Ltd. for an additional $150.00

I received an email on 10/30/22 stating the following:

Dear *****,

Many thanks for your email and kind words, at such a difficult time, it really is greatly appreciated.

In short, a refund is not possible, given the reasons we have outlined in the original email.

Bamboo no longer operates and has been forced to close.
