I placed two different orders with Trend Deploy on the same day. One for $150 and the other for $1100.00 . We received the $150 order but not the larger order. When I reached out to them and asked when I would receive the $1100 order, they claim that that shipped. In the same box as the original. I explained that they were two different orders with two different charges and should have two different tracking numbers not one. I have written then every day for a week with no response. Buyer beware.

I have emailed them with pictures included for a week. We ordered masks and received 1 then 3 weeks later 1 more. However, tracking number states that the other 2 were included with this item. Now that the order says shipped but items missing...I can't get an answer. Very frustrating. We spent over 128 dollars. I hope to hear from them soon.

Trend Deploy is a SCAM. As other users have noted, I only receive canned email responses and no items were ever sent. FAKE tracking number, items never left USPS shipping as stated. They refuse to refund money and scam customers during these difficult times. Shame on them !

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I received a fake tracking number snd my credit card info was stolen immediately after I made this purchase. I’m sure I will never see the items I purchased. Only generic, canned response from the company. It’s been a month since I purchased items that were designated as in stock and shipping right away. SCAM!

I received a email stating my packaged was delivered. I was home all day and no package. Attempted to contact, email was the only way, a response that was not helpful with my situation. After replying again to the email with photos, still no response.

I submitted an order to Trend Deploy for items that showed in stock and they've never shipped. I tried to reach them by phone to get a shipping date and I get a form letter response that doesn't address my question. I looked up reviews of the company and I'm seeing reviews that they don't ever ship. I'm a cardiac patient and live in South Florida so I must have a mask to leave my home. I ordered from them because the items showed in stock and I knew they would be able to ship quickly. Please help me find out if they are scammers. The amount of my order is $109.96.

UPDATE: My order has shipped and I tracked it today. It is at the post office. They are shipping out orders. I also received a personal email explaining they are behind and apologizing. I have 2 friends that also received a message their orders shipped.

Hello,

I have received no specific information about my order ($49.99) for N95 face masks despite a couple of email inquiries.This appears to be a scam with the same repetitive information on the website that is sent when customers inquire about purchased products. I will be reporting this company Trend Deploy as fraudulently transacting payment from me for an item that is not available. This is not acceptable, even during a pandemic.

I found an add for an Adjustable Ergonomic Portable Aluminum Laptop Desk on Facebook and purchased it for $61.90. I have now waited a month and have as yet not received the item. I received a fake tracking link which shows little information and no phone number. As neither Trend Deploy or the tracking company have a phone number, I have sent emails to both, but have not received any reply. Please be aware.
