Thank you for contacting us. Our records indicate that you should have already received the commercial validation notice we mailed to you as required by federal law. This notice provides important disclosures about the account that was assigned to our collection agency and your rights under the FDCPA. Many consumers confuse that notice with a bill. We also understand that no one wants to be contacted by a collection agency. Based on your correspondence, it is clear that you are disputing the transaction with the merchant regarding this purchase and their decision to place the account with a collection agency for non-payment and not the specific actions of the agency itself. We rely on our client, TRS Limited, for information about the order and we have no means of independent confirmation of cancellation, product delivery, or product efficacy other than what TRS has provided as we are third party and outside that process.
We have attached a copy of your sales invoice with all purchase details for reference including your payment details of shipping and handling charges. It is our understanding that our Client, TRS Limited, does not ship any of their products without prior payment of those shipping charges. Additionally, monthly membership services are not available for any customer with past due balances. According to our client, the account assigned to our office was for product(s) that you have already received.
As the licensed third-party collection agency that this account was assigned to, we have recognized your dispute and closed the account from further collection activity by National Medical Administrators Inc. and returned it to TRS Limited advising them of your dispute. National Medical Administrators has not reported this account to any Credit Reporting Agency.

CBD Boost $119.97. I don't recall dealing with this company. I read about the scam they are trying to pull on me. I don't buy CBD online from any company. I know better than to buy anything for free, just pay shipping. They lock you in with repetitive sales.
NMA,INC. has given me 30 days to dispute the validity of this debt. Also, they will give me the name and address of the original creditor. I would like to get the date of the so called purchase since I don't remember buying from this company.
I have had to change my bank card number 2 times in the last 6 weeks because of people like these. I'm not about to send them $119.97 now or any time in the future.

This is what I sent to NATIONAL MEDICAL ADMINISTRATORS INC. when I received their bill regarding TRS LIMITED:
I DISPUTE THE VALIDITY OF THE DEBT AND DEMAND FROM YOU ALL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO IT, INCLUDING THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR.
About 4 months ago I received an offer from (what I thought was) CVS Pharmacy. See page #1. They offered a choice of several products if I answered a questionnaire regarding their customer services, etc. I filled out the questionnaire, submitted it and choose the reward of a bottle of CBD OIL and CBD CAPSULES See page #2. After paying several dollars for shipping I received them.
After another three months passed I received I received this notice from you, NATIONAL MEDICAL ADMINISTRATORS INC, a debt collector, that I owed $119.97 for these two bottles which I was led to believe were free per original offer. I never received either a bill nor an invoice from TRS LIMITED.
At this point I realized that this was not an offer from CVS but an effort to extort money from me in order to not lose my very good credit rating. Doing some research on fraud in regards to “free” CBD offers I notice there is a lot out there, and I’m sure I’m one of the victims because I know the original offer was free except for paying for shipping and handling. See page #3. from CVS Security warning people of exactly the “Fraudulent CVS Survey Rewards” I fell for. See also page #4 for another example of this fraud involving you, NATIONAL MEDICAL ADMINISTRATORS INC, and TRS LIMITED-LIFE.
I emailed the address on the bottles, [email protected] and received back the Undelivered Mail Return to Sender notice. See page #4. It is at this point I realized that YOU KNOW THIS IS A SCAM AND YOU ARE COMPLICIT.
I have notified the Federal Trade Commission, see page #5, and the Better Business Bureau, page #6, of your fraudulent behavior. After I receive a reply from you I will be notifying the 3 credit rating agencies of your complicity.
