I was on a website that offered me this product as 1 of many prizes and I have been wanting to try CBD oil for pain because every body that I spoke with said it helped them. So I selected this product and paid the shipping and I receive the product a few weeks later. Then on January 8, 2021 I received a letter from a credit collection agency saying that I owed the company $159.97 for this product I have been unable to get through to the CBD company to dispute this charge and now this collection is going to go on my credit report.

This type of fraudulent business must be shut down and give people back their money and have it taken off their credit reports. The FTC needs to get involved and bring charges against these scammers.

Got today a letter in the mail from a dubious collecting company for $119.95 . I never ordered anything for this amount from no one or signed up for a membership. I will hand over this letter to my lawyers on Monday the 1.11.21 with a copy to our police department and a copy to the FBI in Miami. I am sure they will be pleased to take this scammer on. At least I know my lawyer will. Companies like that should be shut down for good. By the way, their operating base seems to be in Zurich, Switzerland.
So, be careful with your credit card information, you can be sure, I will!

I was sent an email from the USPS claiming that I'd receive a free bottle of CBD oil if I filled out a survey online, and i would just pay shipping.

I then was charged twice on my credit card account for $119.97 by a company called "Muscle Bay" and reported the charges as fraud as I did not make these purchases. Now I am receiving letters from a collections agency stating I owe over $250 in two charges (that match the same as the fake "muscle bay" charges. TRS Limited claims I opted in for a monthly service, which I did not, and did not consent to these charges. This company is a scam and posed as the USPS in order to obtain my credit card information.

paid "just $6.95 for shipping. Then 13 days later, they hit my bank account for $119.97, because my 14 day trial ended. My bank denied the payment,. I called, they gave me RMA numbers, and I sent the product back. Received an email saying order was cancelled no further obligations. # months later, I get a call from National Medical Administrators, inc., saying I owe $119.97. I send them copies of my emails, and they say the "no further obligations" was a different company. I never heard or visited thatt company, nor ordered anything from it. I went back into my browser history, and strangely enough, there was noting from trs limited on the day I placed the order. I ended up paying the extorsion due. Also filed a complaint tio the BBB.

About two months ago I received an email request to fill a customer survey for CVS, promising a prize for doing this. Upon filling the survey I was taken to a web page for a choice of free gifts, and clicked a prize that consisted of 2 small bottles of CBD oil. Immediately I was taken to the next page asking for a payment of a sum of 6 or 7 dollars for gift shipment, and I gave my credit card number. Immediately I was switched to the next web page which stated that the gift I chose was out of stock. At this moment I recognized a scam and called Citi card asking them to stop payment which already had been submitted, and requested a new card. (However, I overlooked that later a charge of $6.95 appeared from “Maxima Mass, DE” and area code 833 that Google says is used by scammers). Citi card gave me a telephone number associated with the initial “shipping charge”, I called them and left a message that I’m going to complain, which at that time I didn’t do.

To my surprise, a couple of weeks later I received a box with one small bottle of CBD oil and no invoice or bill or anything else in the parcel. I almost forgot about this incident when almost 2 months later I received a request from National Medical Administrators debt collection agency that I owe a debt of $119.97 to TRS Limited-Life CBD.

Interestingly, I googled this CBD company, and a huge number of complaints about it to ScamPulse.com immediately popped up. One of the complaints was exactly the same sory that happened to me (free gift for what presented itself as CVS survey, shipping charge, a bottle of oil at no charge, and a following request from the same debt collection agency for the identical sum of money - $119.97.

I must say that I have huge doubts in the product I received - yes, it is oil, but it could be just any oil - and I don’t think it is safe to use if it came from the scammers.

I am going to call National Medical Administrators collection agency and give my explanations.

I received a text offering me a free amazon gift card. I had to answer several marketing questions after following a link, Finally I was informed that I needed to take advantage of 1 offer in order to qualify for the gift card. I started inputting my information to get an offer of some cbd oil but then decided this was surely a scam and closed the link before authorizing the purchase. I was then charged $6.95 and $6.97 in two separate transactions with the name "Factor Muscle" associated with the debit to my account. Shortly thereafter the CBD oil and another product arrived. I didn't do anything about it at that point because I figured it was over and not worth my time to fight the $13. But yesterday I received a collection letter from National Medical. Administrators, INC attempting to collect $119.97 on behalf of TRS Limited CBD Boost. I then went back to my bank account to find the charges and make sure additional charges had not been made. The phone number associated with the charges is 833-317-9269. I called that number and got a recorded line with options to "cancel my subscription with no further charges" if I oped to authorize an additional charge to my account of $38. I believe the only way this company had not continued to charge my card is because that card expired at the end of September and I received a new one with a new number. What a scam!!! I feel so duped.

I was sent a promotion as a COSTO executive member. The promo was a free product reward which I could select from. I selected CBD oil. The free promo said nothing about a trail subscription - it only said here is your free reward and that all I needed to do was pay the shipping cost. Should have known better! That was on July 22, when my card was billed $6.95 for shipping. After that, I received a call from the National Medical Administration saying they were trying to collect on unpaid debt, which I had no idea about. I had never received any other communication or product from the "TRS Limited Life CBD" company who's name I learned from the collection agency. The only communication I received from TRS was a confirmation email that I had paid $6.95. It never stated that I had entered into a 14 day trial, that they were trying to bill my account for an unknown amount that I had not agreed upon. Fortunately, our credit card had detected fraudulent transactions and canceled the card before TRS could continue charging. I am now writing to you to help me resolve this issue. This company is a scam, deceiving people and trying to collect. I would greatly appreciate your assistance and advice on how to resolve this issue and report it so it doesn't happen to others.

I received a letter from a collection agency claiming that their client: “TRS LIMITED” was attempting to collect a debt for a product that I did order, nor have I received

I am receiving collection notices from Tate & Kirlin on behalf of TRS Limited for products I did not order or receive. As best I can determine, I responded to an offer for free samples of male supplements (with a completely different name) and used credit card information for shipping costs. I then noticed charges or $69.95 a month being added and never received any other products. I called the company and cancelled any orders and never received any products beyond the "free samples". Now I am receiving letters from a collection agency.

I was mailed a collection notice for product i did not purchase. When i called the number on the letter to see what this was regarding the person who answered was a very fast talker and did not address any of my questions. when they asked for the ref# i was about to give it but they cut me off and said they had all my info. i then questioned how did they know my personal info. they hung up. first thought? identity theft.

Same here ordered a supplement and they automatically tried to send me more stuff.
I have 5 emails showing where i cancelled this from them and just today some lady calls and says that i owe them somewhere around $150.00 and she says she does not care and will be sending me something in the mail. Should i take this to my states attorney general for consumer fraud?

I was charged $119 for an introductory promotional deal on this product. When I called to inquire why I was charged $119, I was told that I was outside of the 15-day time limit to request a cancellation. I blocked my credit card then they send me a collection agency called "National Medical Administrators"...trying to collect $119.97! DO NOT DO IT! DONT BUY THIS! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!!!!

Same complaint as above, paid for shipping for free trial and cancelled within the 14 day limit due to ALPHA XTRM making me nauseous instead of the energy promised. Talked to a foreigner who could barely speak English and thought, i cancelled, but never received any confirmation e-mail, my bad i didnt think about it cus i was assured it was cancelled. Now i get a debt collector (NATIONAL MEDICAL ADMINISTRATORS..PHONE NUMBER 888-310-1765 ) trying to collect over 120.00 bucks to settle their claim reference #1196384. People do not be fooled by TRS LIMITED product scams they make their money by continuous billing attempts and people pay them to avoid bad credit or they are elderly and naïve .There phone number is unavailable and the debt collector is no help at all they could give a crap. BEWARE TRS LIMITED SCAMS///

This company is threatening to send me to a collection agency for a past due bill. I filled a fraud transfer on my debit card to my bank and they concurred that this was a fraud transaction the bank stopped the transaction and reimbursed my account. Now the company is trying to bill me for this fraudulent transaction.

TRS Limited LLC sent a letter stating that they are collecting a debt for a product that I had paid for one time and discontinued due to it being of a scam nature (Cognilift). After we were on the phone some time with what seemed like an unprofessional business practice we finally were able to discontinue the product which was automatically set to be sent every month and money debited from our account. However, the company took money from our account again the next month and was non responsive to our calls. We cancelled our card since they were charging us unlawfully and we were not even receiving the product any longer. Then, over a year later we get a letter from CCB Credit Services saying we owe 139.97 for Cognilift membership fees. This was never told to us and the person on the phone seemed rather sketchy and could not tell us the details about any of it. They said they would mark this account as disputed and send it back to TRS and no longer intervene. They said that they have no credit reporting ability so it wouldn't effect my credit score. This was extremely suspicious. I looked TRS Limited LLC up on the internet to contact them directly and all the pulled up were Ripoff reports with this same amount but for various products and from different business addresses. I attempted to contact Cogni lift to resolve this issue and it was an automated message that said that all representatives were busy and the best way to contact them is email and then it hung up. This is most definitely a sketchy operation from the Cognilift experience to the CCB Credit Services/TRS Limited LLC correspondence. BEWARE!
