Texas UCC Statement Request Form

Asking to pay $98.00 for my chiropractor to have an interest in my home property. This doesn't make any sense to me. Normal TX UCC filings are around $40-$50. If one needs to be filed.

Form letter that says The State of Texas Uniform Code (UCC) has recently Terminated a financing statement form in your name. $90 Their phone number is associated with 4 other branches in Texas that have been reported as scams.

Statement came into the mail. Looks real and has our name, address, and the company which we lease heavy equipment through.

Sent me my 2nd official looking letter informing me that the company I financed with for solar has filed a financing statement form in my name. Told me that it's important for me to keep my own record of such statement.

It's basically a form to fill out with a payment slip at the bottom.

The cheeky blighters even have the balls to ask me to pay for postage!
