I purchased a product from them and it took 3 weeks to receive, the quality is poor, it tears instantly. I later received a second back debit for a second order after just receiving the first one. They will not respond to chat or emails requesting to cancel. There is no way to cancel the order or the subscription they signed me up for without my consent. I see they ignore everyone who says they are being scammed or delete their comments off their Instagram page, they are trying to debit me money for something I have explained I do not want or need.
