Consumer told BBB,

I received a post card in the mail claiming that I had unclaimed rewards, so I called the number and gave them my credit card information to pay for the shipping ($1.94). They gave me a confirmation number and told me it would get to me by Monday. I called on Friday when I had not gotten it yet and gave them my confirmation number and they hung up on me. I canceled my credit card and found out that there were fraudulent charges.

I got this in the mail today and it said to call I tried to call to see if it was a scammer and it said the wireless customer is not available at this time it has my real first and last name and my address on it and even came with a claim number to make it believable.
