I received a letter today stating that I have unclaimed rewards of $100. They wanted my banking information to received the $100. I did not offer any information.

I received the voucher n mail. I called to claim my reward with a claim number. They took my information, gave me a confirmation number n said within 2 days it would be in my account. This is day 3 n i haven't seen it. Everytime i call them back, i get hung up on.

I called and they immediately wanted a regular checking account like I'm talking chase Santander etc chime cash app or any other wernt acceptable but yet it was for a gift card lmfao how would she validate that it's me thru using my routing and account number

I called the number which was 1-855-638-0197. And exactly as others stated they do not give their name and they want bank account information. I literally said [censored] no go scam someone else and they hung up on me go figure. Scam scam scam. As if phone scammers aren't enough now they've moved onto mail.

Got this in the mail and right off I notice there was no return address on it. No company name. No website. Only my info telling me that I had $200 in reward dollars. Called the number and the lady answered hello, didn't even state her name or who she worked for so I tell her I received the cars what do I do. She tells me to hold on then gets back on after a few seconds and tells me to repeat what I just said. I hung up. Everything about this screamed SCAM the moment I seen it.

Received a unclaimed reward voucher in the mail and called the number. The guy said I won a $100 gift card and asked if i would give my account information for my checking or savings account... when I told him I don't give put this information over the phone he disconnected the call.

We received a postcard in the mail that said we had an unclaimed reward, and we needed to contact the number on the card in order to receive it. We called said number. And a recording popped up that said "thank you for calling the rewards center your call is being transfered" then a gentlemen answered. Never told us his name. But asked for thr claim number on thr postcard. After giving the number he knew our name and address. Confirmed identity with us, then asked for the .99 cent processing fee. We kindly declined and hung up the phone.

I've gotten this card in the mailbox I called. I think it's a scam the man sounds foreign . There is no email or address from where this coming from . I gave them my info to my account he would ask my name address City And account information. Can I get help my name Quonterrica Washington and my number is 318-541-3866 thanks help stop scammers.

Postcard sent to me said I had unclaimed money. You call and they ask for bank acct info I said no then they hung up on me.

I received a postcard in the mail stating I had an unclaimed voucher for $100. I called the number the lady said that all I had to pay was 99 cents for a postage fee for my certificate. And that I could I could pay it using a debit card my bank account and I hung up that point

Consumer told BBB,

I received a post card in the mail claiming that I had unclaimed rewards, so I called the number and gave them my credit card information to pay for the shipping ($1.94). They gave me a confirmation number and told me it would get to me by Monday. I called on Friday when I had not gotten it yet and gave them my confirmation number and they hung up on me. I canceled my credit card and found out that there were fraudulent charges.
