So I ordered off of this website roses to get delivered to Venezuela to my girl and it’s been a month and half and they keep disregarding my question and all they keep saying is the order has arrived in the country and it hasn’t! I keep asking for a refund kindly and they just keep ignoring me

We had placed an order online from https://directfreezers.com/ after talking to sales rep. Sales rep didn't answer my call and than called me back and after talking to sales rep I placed an order. The order was suppose to be deliver on April 24 2024, But after numerous attempt to reach seller via phone, email and chat I was not able to contact via any means. I had also left them several voice mail too. Now I am sure that this is fraud, so would like to file a charge back and do not any services or product from this seller.

I ordered hair product on 05/09/24 for $39.26 with my debit card. The card was charged. As of 05/22/24 I have not received notification that it has even shipped. I did receive an email saying "Did you get your order" "Have you not gotten your order" or "Do you want to cancel your order". I chose all three options and it takes me to the website and puts me in a loop where I can't accomplish anything. Website does not have a phone number listed to call. Contact Us is useless, gives a bogus email address.

Pansgear.com had to good to be true prices on gorilla brand playground equipment.. a $7,899 playset was listed for $899. I wanted to get my son a good swing set for his birthday and they never contacted me after I made my purchase even though I've reached out multiple times.

I ordered an above ground pool listed for sale on the site. I received a confirmation email for my order, but 3 weeks later I’ve not received any notifications about shipping. I’ve not received any reply to emails to them and their listed number does not work. I looked up on Google Maps the address they have listed on their website, but their business is not one of the businesses shown as being located there.

I ordered a product from their website. They charged my credit card the same day, and I received an email confirmation of the order. I never received an email giving me confirmation of shipping and tracking information, and the item never arrived. I have emailed their customer support several times, and have tried to call them on several occasions. They do not reply to my emails and do not answer the phone.

Came across the website on TikTok. I clicked on it to purchase glasses that sync to your iPhone . They were $10.00. I used my cash app account to purchase on 3-8-2024. Never received the product and wrote an email asking about my order on 3-24-2024. The reply email from them assured my order was being processed at that moment and I should receive an email with shipping. Since then there has been two failed attempts to take money from my cash app account. First attempt was for $28.93 and the second attempt was for $39.99. I have reached out again to let them know I didn't authorize either payment and that I would be reporting them. I have read all the terms on the website in which I did not come across anything that said reoccurring payments will be taken.

Ordered 6/14/2023. Have been promised it will be mailed in 7 different emails. Nothing had been received yet. By the time they didn’t send it is too late to do a credit card dispute. These were gifts for friends and family that were never received and I was charged for. They have made no attempt to send and I continue to get offers to order from them.

It was charged on my American Express card which they have the number.

Purchased furniture covers which were never delivered. Reported them to CC company, however Cabrexa provided order info and claimed products were delivered. CC company doesn't classify this a fraudulent or a scam.

I made the purchase on 01/31/24 on their website. To my knowledge, they are ecommerce only and do not have a physical location. My order was supposed to be delivered on February 16. It was marked as delivered, but I never actually received it. This is unusual because packages in my building are put into lockers. I contacted UPS, and they told me that the tracking number I provided them didn't have my name or address on it. Therefore, I don't even think I can file a complaint with the carrier. I have tried to reach out to the business via the email and phone number that they provide on their website. However, the email doesn't exist and the phone number is out of service. I've disputed this issue with Affirm, which is how I opted to pay, and somehow they were able to get in touch with the business. The business is using an entirely different email that they don't provide their customers to settle disputes when customers reach out to their banks to dispute the purchase. This seems really fishy to me. I have reached out to the "real" email address twice, and have never heard back. I cannot get ahold of the business no matter how hard I try. I don't even think the physical address they provided on their website is real.

I have received two orders from this company in the past. The fist shipment was flawless and quality met. Second time around, drastically the order was completely different than the fist one. I emailed the said company multiple times in regards to my order. After requesting a refund, the company stated that since the order has been “shipped” they cannot refund me my money. At first, I was patient. At this point, it’s almost been over a month after the emails stating “we will send out the new order with express shipping” never happened. I am upset and disappointed with how this business has operated. I feel as though I was “conned” after receiving one order to my standards and the last one was not at all what I expected….

I have all of the emails and receipts of everything I was owed and have not received yet.
