Saw ad on Facebook early November 2023 from Macy's that looked VERY genuine; when I "replied" to a fake email I set up the email WAS Macy's. So, I ordered item (human dog bed), received emails from a China address showing tracking information which was fake. I was scammed by a sponsored ad on Facebook selling Pandora Advent boxes for Christmas. I ordered two. I received payment confirmation immediately, but had to press for tracking information. Tracking showed the package delivered, although it was not received, and the ad disappeared from FB. The phone number provided gives a fast busy signal. The seller did respond to a text message; asking me to check with neighbors. A lost and missing mail inquiry was requested through USPS. USPS discovered the tracking number given was addressed and delivered to someone else in another city. I’ve not received my purchase and the seller has not responded to my request for replacement or refund.

I ordered a dog bed from Instagram. It has been scanned TEN times yet still supposedly sits in a warehouse in Jamaica NY. The courier they used is Fast Track Express. That is not a legit company and phone number is disconnected. At first when you call it seems legit. Then it says not a working number. I’ve contacted Fido faves they refuse to refund me. Blame the courier and there is no phone number to call someone. Total scam. I am furious.

The scammer (Cabrexa) has a website that offers slip covers for dining room chairs, sofas, and recliners. I purchased covers for a sectional sofa. My purchase was made on Nov. 8. I received an email confirming my order and stating, "Premium shipping: Estimated Delivery Time 3-10 days." My first attempt to contact Cabrexa was on Nov. 20. They wrote me back and said the following, "Thank you for reaching out to us. We will look into the status of your order and get back to you as soon as we have any updates. We understand you're excited to receive it, and we apologize for any delay in updating you." I wrote them on Nov. 21 thanking them for their response. On Nov. 22, I received an email says "We regret to inform you that your recent order has encountered an unforeseen delay due to an unexpected shortage of certain items. This has, unfortunately, affected our ability to fulfil your purchase within the initially estimated timeframe." Then they said they were work "diligently" to rectify the situation. I wrote them the same day telling them thank you for the update. They wrote me the next day telling me thank you for my patience and understanding and said they "are working diligently to fulfil your order as swiftly as possible." I wrote them back on Nov. 28 asking for an update again as I had not received any new shipping information and nothing had changed. They wrote me back the next day and said the order had shipped and was on its way to me and that the tracking information would update in the next couple of days. I wrote them again on Dec. 4 telling them I wanted to cancel my order as I never received the promised shipping information or updates of any kind. I told them I wanted my money back. They never wrote me back. I wrote them again on Dec. 14 telling them I wanted my money back and that I was going to file a fraudulent claim against them with my credit card company. Again, they never wrote me back. I have not tried to contact them since, as I feel it is pointless. After this experience, I did some research and I believe they have done this to many other people. It is scary because they have a wide reach. They are present on Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest, Twitter, and other platforms. I filed a claim with my credit card company but they wanted some information I couldn't provide such a proof that I did not receive the product. I am calling them again today as I am unsure of how to prove someone did not give me something that was promised other than the lack of information.

I wanted to purchase three items, all the same, for my grandchildren. The item was makeup, and it was said to be $29.95. I had to order it 3 times. I was billed @ $59.98 each, but never received the products. I do not find a working telephone number or website.

They run a personalized retailer online. They have multiple social media channels and paid ads through all, including Google, Instagram, and TikTok. Their website is very sophisticated and they show thousands of reviews with photos of the product received.

After placing an order you get confirmation emails and an order number, they even have an order tracking of their website. After two weeks I tracked my order and it was still “pending”. I then reached out through all of the contact options they listed on their website and FAQ. It has been over 29 days since ordering and I received no response. I have flagged the charge and retailer with my bank as fraud.

They continue to place ads and email marketing for new orders.

They finally responded and apologized, offering a 15% refund on an order that will never be made or received.
