I purchased an end table with cat scratcher pad attached from unitedpethome.com in October 2025. About 15 weeks later, I have received nothing. I have gotten periodic updates that it "cleared customs but faced significant delays due to high cargo congestion and tariff changes." I have requested a refund multiple times with, but they will only offer a 5% refund and have asked me to wait another month or more for potential delivery. The link they provided to track my delivery no longer works, and their website is no longer accessible. They have an alternative site now, UnitedPetLove.com, but all products are either out of stock or lead to broken links.

Normally, I double check off of Facebook to investigate a company I plan on making purchases online. They had a good website and I didn’t see the scam until Dec 2025. I made the purchase 23 Sept 2025. I had even received a shipping notice for the item but it was incorrectly sent to ***** ******** ** *****. And with the current tariff issues the info sounded plausible.
