Purchase the machine for my husband for Christmas paid $1,269 when I received the product it was worth $200 they did a bait and switch they show you one picture then send you another laser they are not going to get away with this one filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission I3C PayPal and my credit card if I were you and they ripped you off I would do the same we should all get together I'm from Michigan this is what I ordered and this is what I got

Purchased a Laser with a router attachment for 1700.00 dollars (UNIVERSAL-3532). The router they have visible on their sight ( https://universalengraver.com/products/cnc-router-for-15000mw-blue-laser-engrave...⇄ ) Received the order and this is the router I received. ( https://www.amazon.com/775-motor/s?k=775+motor ). They refuse to give me a refund or send me the proper router. Horrible company to deal with. Will never do business with them again and suggest no one else to fall for this.

Ordered a product for almost $300. No instructions of how to assemble the laser, no CD which is mentioned to be included for the software and there were hundreds of tiny metals shavings in the packaging for the frame. This is unsafe, unethical, and show not be allowed to enter the country. Why is there such a flood of so many Chinese companies posing to be US based countries?

I think the scammers might be out of India, because Paypal got our money back and the return address was CA, but under it it said INDIA. If you ordered through PayPal file a complaint through them and be persistent. Good luck. (we ordered ours Black Friday and just settled it) See my post above.

I purchased the $699 15000 mw laser had nothing but trouble, boxed it up then they gave me crap about a video and about their engineering dept. had to approve the return. I am not going to reassemble it to get a video.

So this company universal engraver has a website that has various positive feed back and they have 180 days money back guarantee. Everything is wonderful. But reality is totally different. When we purchased the engraver it was shipped right away. And when we opened the box it. The instructions to assemble were in Chinese and the software to download the laser program. So when we started calling and emailing them no one answers the phone. Is like a ghost. So this is a scam. They have my money and I got the machine and don’t know how to assemble and don’t have the software either. Thanks so much we live in Miami. I

Same happened to us, they blocked our IP address and phone number.

If you used PayPal, file a complaint through them, they got us our money back just recently. See my post. above. Good luck.
