Type of a scam Online Purchase

urclover is a scam - DO NOT BUY their products!

I purchased two clothing items in size XXL as advertised on their website. The website lists their address in California, US. The order arrived at my house in the wrong size, size L. I emailed the company, and turns out they are located in China. First they told me to just "try it on" again. I explained that I tried it and it was too small. I asked for them to exchange for the correct size I ordered. They do not carry the items I ordered in XXL. I called them out for false advertising. Since then I've been in an email battle with them. They have told me that I have to pay for shipping to China in order to receive a refund. When I ask for an exchange it is clear that they don't have the correct size and that their website was falsely advertising the sizes I ordered. They told me that would give me a 15% discount but it has not arrived. The reviews on their website are all "5 stars" HOWEVER, there's NO WAY to leave a review on their website, on Google, or anywhere else to warn people. I have logged complaints with the Better Business Bureau. This scam needs to end.

The online shop will sell goods, with free shipping, at a reasonable low cost. The site also states you can return for any reason within 30 days and they will provide the return shipping labels.

However, the goods were very cheap and didn't fit. So we tried to return, only to find out they would not provide the return shipping label and instead you have to pay almost 2/3 the value of the goods to ship them to China.

No where on the site does it say they come from China, or that returns are at your own expense.
