Consumer got a phone call from scammers pretending to be US Bank. They said they needed information for a loan application and asked her for account number and routing number of her checking account.

The person kept calling us over and over saying they were with us bank and we had been approved for a loan for$5,000. We never applied for any loan through us bank. The number they called from is out of Kansas City Missouri and the number is (816) 605-6351.
